The Langham, Shenzhen

Had a fantastic staycation! I didn't even leave the hotel once, completely immersed in the pink bubbly atmosphere. 🥰🥰 The elegant and grand rooms and lounge had an unbeatable, noble, and refined ambiance. My only slight disappointment was that the lounge quality seemed to have dipped a bit; they no longer had the chocolate buffet or latte art. However, I must commend the lounge staff for their proactive response when I raised the issue 👍. The freshly made ramen and rice rolls at breakfast were absolutely amazing!

Overall, my stay was very satisfying. While the facilities, compared to many top-tier luxury hotels, weren't breathtaking, they were perfectly adequate. Everything you'd expect was there, and the British style was very elegant, reminding me of my time living in the UK. The cleanliness was truly commendable; every corner was spotless. The ambiance was also very pleasant and comfortable. I especially want to praise the Executive Lounge team – Via, Yulia, Emily, and David – for their warm and attentive service. If the hotel could introduce a dedicated WeChat concierge service in the future, similar to some high-end brands, offering one-on-one personalized care for guests, I believe the experience would be elevated even further. I look forward to my next visit!

This five-star hotel in Futian is a hidden gem! The Langham Shenzhen's vintage crystal chandeliers are perfect for photos, and the afternoon tea at The Palm Court is wonderfully ceremonial. The rooms offer expansive views and come with deep-soaking bathtubs. Breakfast is extensive, and the concierge service is attentive. It's ideal for both vacations and romantic getaways.

Great view from the window. The room was clean and well-maintained. The complimentary afternoon tea was delicious, and they offered a good variety of fruits. Breakfast had a wide selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. The freshly made cocktails were tasty. They also offered free parking.

Stayed for two nights to celebrate my child's birthday. The room service, including food and water delivery, was attentive and excellent. The hotel even upgraded our room. Phoebe, in particular, provided outstanding service. The afternoon tea and happy hour offerings were fresh and delicious, and the breakfast was abundant and tasty. Overall, the experience was fantastic and definitely worth a second visit!

Stayed for four nights straight. The room was quite spacious with a good layout. The oversized bathtub was a hit with the kids for playing. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and everything was clean. The bedding was also clean and comfortable!

The hotel's front desk service and courtesy were excellent. The room environment was clean and hygienic, the bathtub was very clean, and the water pressure and temperature were sufficient. The bed was just the right firmness. My family also found the swimming pool downstairs to have a great environment.
