The front desk staff, Zoey, was very helpful and enthusiastic. She assisted me with our issues, the location is convenient, and the environment is excellent. She helped me a lot, and I'll definitely come back again.

I've been to Kunming many times, and this hotel is by far the best I've stayed in! First off, the location is great, right next to Xunjin Xincun, so you can easily pop out for coffee, and parking is very convenient. Secondly, the room was spacious and clean. Although the hotel has been around for a while, the quality is still excellent, and the service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. We brought our cat, and worried it might hide under the bed, so the hotel thoughtfully removed the bed legs for us. Lastly, it's not far from the main attractions in the city center; it's about a 15-minute taxi ride to Cuihu Lake, and it's easy to walk to the old street. The only thing that could be improved is perhaps making the breakfast a bit more varied.

My trip to Kunming brought me to the Cachet Boutique Hotel in the city center, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The hotel is situated in an art park that was converted from an old rubber factory, right next to a large chimney. Its exterior design is full of character, blending old and new seamlessly, giving it a real sense of history. The room was spacious and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. There's a free minibar and a capsule coffee machine, showing great attention to detail. On the 7th floor, there's even a self-service laundry room with washers and dryers, which is a huge convenience for travelers. The hotel's location is also excellent; it's within walking distance of Nanping Pedestrian Street and Jinma Biji Archway, and the mushroom feast at Dianpuzi was truly comforting. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around the hotel, and just outside is a century-old street lined with梧桐 trees, full of local life – it felt wonderful to be in such a vibrant hidden gem. Special thanks to Limon at the front desk! Their service was warm and attentive, professional and efficient. They patiently answered all my questions and thoughtfully provided many tips for exploring the surrounding area. Thanks to Limon and the entire team's professional service, this stay was exceptionally heartwarming. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Kunming and will recommend it to friends.

The location is excellent, very close to the commercial street. Just head north and you'll find various pedestrian streets. Overall, it's pretty good. Breakfast is included and consists of typical Yunnan rice noodles and other local dishes, which was quite nice.

The hotel is located in the old city, within walking distance of Old Street and Shuncheng Shopping Center. There are bars, coffee shops, and art galleries nearby. The room is spacious and well-equipped, and there's a self-service laundry room with washers and dryers on the 7th floor, which is very convenient. The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was average. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful when answering questions, but when I checked out with a lot of luggage, no one offered any assistance.

It's located in a park converted from a rubber factory, with many coffee shops and bars, creating a great atmosphere. Service: The front desk and concierge were very friendly.
