From Krabi Airport, take a speedboat from Klong Jilad Ferry Pier to North Phi Phi; it takes about 45 minutes. Upon arrival, hotel staff will help with luggage, and it's a 2-3 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is quite new, which is a big plus for Phi Phi Island. However, the restaurant was very hot. I stayed for two days and ate there three times, but only one dinner had air conditioning. There were an incredible number of flies in the restaurant, flying everywhere, including all over the breakfast food. The hotel offers free use of rubber dinghies, which you can use right in front of the hotel. The sea in front of the hotel is beautiful at high tide. The hotel is right next to the boat pier, where you can book boats to Krabi or Phuket.

Our stay at the Outrigger Phi Phi Island Resort exceeded all expectations. Both the hotel's service and the stunning surroundings were incredibly impressive. The service truly deserves high praise. Every staff member was warm, friendly, enthusiastic, and polite. From check-in, we felt well-cared for and attended to. Any requests were met with quick responses, and any issues were handled patiently and helpfully. The service was top-notch throughout, making our stay comfortable and relaxing – exactly what a vacation should feel like. The hotel's private beach is a major highlight. The sand is fine and clean, and the ocean boasts incredibly beautiful layers of clear, vibrant blue-green water. The scenery was far better than we imagined. The beach area is well-maintained and never overly crowded, allowing for leisurely strolls, relaxing by the sea, and enjoying the sunset with a gentle sea breeze. The ambiance was absolutely perfect. The room comfort was excellent, with well-maintained facilities, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. Dining options were plentiful, and we could enjoy sea views while eating. The location is also very convenient, with the ocean right outside the door, eliminating any need for extensive travel. It's ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle and truly relax. Overall, the service quality, beach views, and overall stay experience were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for a Phi Phi Island vacation; the experience was exceptional. I would definitely prioritize staying at the Outrigger again on my next visit to Phi Phi Island. The only minor drawback was that our trip was delayed by a day due to weather, and the hotel's handling of this was more disappointing than expected. I hope that transportation arrangements will be improved in the future.

We were a family traveling together and booked 3 rooms – 2 garden view rooms and 1 villa for 2 nights. The older folks staying in the garden rooms gave great feedback; my hair, which is damaged from dryness, absolutely loved their conditioner – it's a shame they don't sell it! The overall service and environment were pretty much what you'd expect for the price. The only downside was the lack of a deep pool; even though you can go into the ocean, it's too sunny. The restaurant was also good, and the older folks really enjoyed the food. We loved the coral reefs by the beach; they're truly well-preserved.

The room was incredibly spacious with clean wooden furniture that made me feel relaxed. All the facilities were great. We paid 2000 Thai Baht for an upgrade to a sea-view room, and we could see the ocean directly from our room, which was an amazing experience. The service was exceptional; staff proactively greeted us and provided smiling service throughout our stay.

My wife chose this newly opened hotel, supposedly the same one as in the Maldives! After experiencing it, I can't stop raving about it! Highly recommend!! Room: The room we stayed in was super spacious. Waking up in the morning and drawing back the curtains revealed a stunning sea view. It was so relaxing just walking out into the yard. Food: We booked three meals a day. During our 2-night stay on the island, we were able to order different dishes for each meal, and they were all truly delicious! Activities: They offer free childcare, so adults can enjoy activities like paddleboarding. You can also pay extra to charter a boat for island hopping. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I really didn't want to leave. If I were to stay again, I'd book at least three days. Watching the sunset and moonrise here is truly breathtaking! 🤩

Having stayed at Outrigger in the Maldives and loving it, I found that the pool villas here are a great alternative to the beach villas there. The only downside is that the main restaurant hasn't been renovated yet, so the food options are a bit limited.

I'll definitely be back, it was such a great stay! They even gave 1000 baht in spending credit, which was super good value. The only minor downsides were the long journey to the island and the hotel's transfer service being a bit pricey; you can buy transfers directly from a boat company instead.

The breakfasts were magnificent: a wide selection, fresh ingredients, excellent quality dishes, and very beautiful presentation. I particularly remember a dessert the chef prepared right in front of me. It was tiramisu – incredibly delicate, perfectly balanced, and, without exaggeration, one of the best I've ever tasted. It was clear how much attention and love they put into even these small details. It's the people who make this place special. The entire staff creates an atmosphere of calm, comfort, and genuine care, making the vacation feel truly exceptional.
