"When you arrive at the pier, look for staff in red uniforms holding the hotel's name; they can help with your luggage. 👍 The room had neatly folded elephant towels. 👍 The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, and I could hear the music from the bar outside. It's a non-refundable booking, so make sure to consider that carefully 🙉 especially if you book an expensive room, as there might be cheaper ones available later."

"A lovely hotel on a beautiful and very quiet part of Phi Phi. If you are looking for somewhere to totally unwind, a romantic holiday or somewhere quiet for the family then this is for you! It's away from the main nightlife of Phi Phi and there are no taxis only taxi boats. I don't think they would go at night. There was some very quiet and gentle musical entertainment most nights."

"The service is good from the bell boy, front desk…. The location is a bit far but they have good transportation arrangements. I just what’s app the reception and the buggy will arrive within the 10 minutes. It’s good to swim in the beach and the swimming pool in the diving Centre. And it’s value for money."

"Deluxe Room: Quite basic, a bit dated, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. BUT! Good soundproofing, a new air conditioner, a quiet location, and the pool is large and clean with spacious grounds. There's even a horse you can feed! Excellent value for money. 👍"

"Upon arrival, things got off to a bit of a rough start. Room 210, while advertised with a sea view, had a very limited one, which wasn't a huge deal. The most unpleasant part was the leaky pipe by the toilet. My request to switch rooms with the front desk wasn't successful. After adjusting my mindset and accepting it, it was fine—the water was clean anyway, and I was there to relax, so no need to dwell on it. However, I do recommend the hotel renovates soon, otherwise, it's a waste of such a beautiful location. Summary: 1. The facilities are indeed old. The exterior looks okay, but the interior is too basic. Friends accustomed to five-star hotels might find it hard to adapt. I had to comfort my child and convince myself, but once I accepted it, it was fine. 2. If you want a true, unobstructed sea view room, be sure to communicate with the hotel beforehand. Only rooms starting with '1' will do. The higher the room number, the higher up the hill it is, so be prepared for a cardio workout every time you head back to your room. 3. The service was generally good. I didn't feel any prejudice or mistreatment towards Chinese guests. The porters who helped with luggage were the best. 4. Cat lovers will overlook all the negatives and fall in love with this place, just like my son. He initially complained about everything, but after bribing many cats with cat food to hang out on our balcony, he was very sad to leave."

"This resort is beautiful. It is on the side of the island and about 15 minutes walk from the centre. They have somebody that takes your bags to the hotel, that is very confenient. Rooms are very big with aircon. They have a pool that can be used and chairs next to the ocean. Breakfast was very nice. They only thing missing for us, was a good bar. But for the rest it was very nice."

"The location is nice with the great view from the reception, at least. We got a room with no view, though. They provide service when they can deliver baggage from the pier to the reception of the hotel (see the attached picture). You have to be prepared to climb stairs. There were around 150 stairs to our room. However, the view is worth it. Overall, the room is pretty big with all the necessary things. They also delivered our suitcases to the pier on the checkout date. Good place for the good price! We had a moonshine and asked for the room with a good view, however, they didn't provide us that type of room."

"The room was nice but dated and needs a renovation. The bathroom was pretty poor though with really mouldy shower that leaked all over the floor and a broken toilet seat. The staff however were brilliant at trying to resolve it but unfortunately couldn't so we came to an alternative arrangement, which was appreciated. Long beach is nice but a bit quiet and a boat taxi away from most of the bars and restaurants. That's fine for some so just be aware of that."

"Everything is wonderful, we are very happy with the hotel. I have to say that the resort is poorly photographed on booking websites. In reality, the cottages are better. The plumbing, furniture, and appliances are very high-quality, the design is thoughtful, everything is done with love, and it looks quite new. The cleaning was excellent, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We stayed in a standard double room first, then in a deluxe room. The breakfasts were good."

"Great location  Our suite was lovely although our view was a bit obscured by trees but that couldn’t be helped  We were able to go on a couple of trips as the weather improved which was good  The crossing was a bit bumpy but at this time of the year it could of been much worse"
