Ole Tai Sam Un Hotel

I stayed here for a concert. The environment is pretty good, and there's even a bathtub. All the facilities are complete, and the front desk staff was very friendly. For 200-something in Macau, I think it's definitely worth it.

The hotel's location is excellent, the room facilities are brand new, and the staff provide warm service. Here's a little anecdote: I lost my luggage, which was quite valuable, on the way from Hong Kong to Macau. Feeling helpless, I asked the hotel front desk for help. The handsome gentleman on duty immediately looked up the phone number and contacted customs. 15 minutes later, I received news that my clothes had been found and handed over to customs. I later took a taxi to retrieve them. My goodwill towards the people of Macau instantly shot through the roof. Many thanks to the kind gentleman at the hotel, to Macau Customs, and to the anonymous good Samaritan who found my clothes.

This time, I stayed at the Ole Tai Sam Un Hotel with my child, and the overall experience was fantastic! First off, the hotel's location is superb, situated on Travessa do Bispo. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's and Senado Square. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of delicious food and souvenir shops on Rua da Felicidade. Shopping, dining, and getting around are incredibly convenient, and transportation to the border gate and ferry terminals is also very accessible. The front desk staff provided thoughtful and attentive service. Since I was traveling with a child, I had originally booked a standard room. After a discussion, we smoothly paid the difference and upgraded to a family room. The staff handled everything patiently and made sure we were well settled. The family room layout is perfect for guests with children – it's clean, tidy, and the comfort level is off the charts. Overall, the value for money is excellent, the service is personalized, and the location is impeccable. If you're visiting Macau with kids, I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!

This hotel near Macau's Ruins of St. Paul's was a delightful surprise, absolutely a five-star recommendation! The location is superb; it's a mere five-minute walk to both the Ruins of St. Paul's and Senado Square. Yet, it's tucked away in a quiet alley, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The hotel's exterior boasts Portuguese charm, while the interior decor is elegant. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with comfortable bedding, efficient air conditioning, and hot water. The free Wi-Fi is fast, and the overall infrastructure far exceeded my expectations. What truly impressed me was the food street right downstairs! Pork chop buns, Portuguese egg tarts, beef offal, almond cookies – you name it, they have it. I could try something different every day, and even late at night, I could grab a warm bowl of Tong Sui (sweet soup). Transportation is also incredibly convenient; there's a bus stop right outside with direct routes to Taipa, the border gate, and the airport. Taxis are also readily available. Whether it's for sightseeing, exploring local cuisine, or getting around, everything was incredibly hassle-free. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Macau! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Ruins of St. Paul's. 😋
