The environment is very nice. There is a mainland Chinese style socket in the room, but you can bring a UK adapter as well to charge multiple devices easily. The location is great; you can walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Right outside the hotel alley, there is a souvenir convenience store on San Ma Lo, and their coasters are super nice and cheaper than the ones near St. Paul's.

Before going, I already knew that Macau is small and rooms are generally quite compact, so I just wanted a place to rest. But after the experience, I found this hotel much better than expected, with lots of pleasant surprises! First of all, the location is unbeatable. Situated on Rua da Felicidade, it's just a few minutes' walk to popular photo spots like Senado Square. Right outside the door, there are direct buses to Taipa and the Border Gate. The best part is that Koi Kei Bakery and Choi Heong Yuen Bakery are right downstairs, and just a few dozen meters away is a food street with cheap prices and plenty of options—much better than the area around the Ruins of St. Paul's. There is endless variety of delicious food, and best of all, staying here in the early morning and at night means very few crowds, allowing you to take great photos without strangers in the way. Next, the hotel staff were all very nice. They greeted us politely whenever they saw us, answered all our questions, and were very enthusiastic and patient. The room was clean, the air conditioning and hot water were powerful, the toiletries were nice, and standard mainland Chinese plugs worked directly without needing an adapter. The facilities exceeded my expectations. Actually, what amazed me the most was the thoughtful service from the hotel staff. For instance, they offer free luggage storage. After checking out the next day, we left our bags here, went out to play, and came back in the evening to pick them up before buying souvenirs at the neighboring bakery and walking a few dozen meters to catch the bus back to the Border Gate. The complimentary tea in the hotel lobby was delicious—having a cup after walking around in the scorching heat was so refreshing. The lobby has a seating area; when we brought back some snacks but had no chopsticks, the guy at the front desk immediately brought us disposable ones. When we asked how to get back to the Border Gate by bus, he even wrote down detailed directions on a sticky note. Because of these touches, I felt so well cared for while away from home. It felt warm and cozy, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Macau! If your itinerary leans towards wandering around the old quarters of the Peninsula, this place is highly recommended. It's close to everything, and you can walk to most places. We checked off over 20 attractions and even took the bus back from A-Ma Temple!

Traveling to Macau with seniors and kids, the prices were great before the National Day holiday, and it wasn't too crowded. Family rooms are rare in Hong Kong and Macau's budget hotels due to the high land value, so finding one here was convenient. It's also close to St. Paul's Ruins, and you can walk to Macau Plaza and Grand Lisboa Palace.

I came two days before the National Day holiday, and it was only 405 yuan for two nights. Booking a hotel during off-peak times is definitely cheaper. The front desk staff provided service with a smile, this is the best hotel service I've experienced in the past two years.

I stayed here for a concert. The environment is pretty good, and there's even a bathtub. All the facilities are complete, and the front desk staff was very friendly. For 200-something in Macau, I think it's definitely worth it.

I've stayed here a few times. The location is excellent, very close to St. Paul's Ruins, and there are all sorts of great food options near the hotel. The hotel itself isn't large, but it's very clean. Plus, the bus stops on Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro make it super convenient to get to Taipa.
