"Highly recommend! First off, the facilities are excellent. The communal area on the second floor has a laundry room (¥50 for one wash and dry cycle), a fridge, an oven, and more. It's super convenient for breastfeeding moms who need to freeze milk. Secondly, the staff are incredibly thoughtful. I was staying with my newborn, and once the front desk noticed, they immediately offered to pause ongoing renovations for half a day so my baby could rest peacefully, which was a huge help. Finally, the room was spotless and very new. There were four types of pillows to choose from, and the bed was supportive yet soft. Despite being on a busy street, the soundproofing was excellent; it wasn't noisy at all. Even as someone who has trouble sleeping in new places, I fell asleep instantly – fantastic! "Staying in Taipa, Macau, most of the five-star hotels here are excellent, it really just depends on what you're looking for. If you're traveling with kids and want on-site entertainment, Galaxy and Studio City are definitely your top picks. Let me tell you about the Grand Hyatt's advantages. First off, the transportation is super convenient. You can take a shuttle from the border gate to City of Dreams, and the Grand Hyatt is right next door. The Cotai East LRT station is practically at your doorstep, making it really easy to get to Cunha Street. Plus, City of Dreams offers shuttles to Macau Peninsula starting at noon, dropping you off near the Grand Emperor Hotel, which is a walkable distance to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Another great feature is the standard-sized swimming pool, where you can get an unobstructed view and even a photo op with Morpheus. From the footbridge at the LRT station entrance, you can directly admire the Wynn Palace's fountain show and cable car. My main reason for choosing the Grand Hyatt this time was that it offered better value for money compared to the other hotels nearby."

"The room was quite spacious. The front desk staff were decent. The hotel requires a deposit. It's located to the left of the Galaxy Diamond Lobby. If you take the Galaxy shuttle and get off at the Diamond Lobby, it's to your right when you face the lobby, or to your left if your back is to the lobby. If you're unsure, just ask any Galaxy staff member. It's just across the sky bridge, which has an elevator."
