xfmhThe room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!

Our stay was incredibly satisfying, with exceptional and proactive personalized service! Before check-in, they even provided beautiful drawing toys for my child. The front desk staff also kindly upgraded us to a pool view room and thoughtfully set up a tent for the little one.
Every night, the turndown service was full of pleasant surprises, including delicious local cookies. We had some trouble with the TV casting, and the hotel's housekeeping staff helped us multiple times. One of the managers even noticed my child and kindly gave them a small doll, which made my kid incredibly happy! They also paid special attention to potential bumps and proactively placed protective corners on every piece of furniture in the room – a huge plus! Many luxury five-star hotels don't go this extra mile.
During every encounter with the concierge service, staff members would proactively ask if we needed help with a taxi or if we needed reservations for restaurants.
Upon check-out, another detail left a lasting impression: the staff member proactively mentioned that we could continue to use the hotel's swimming pool and children's play area even after checking out. This truly showed their thoughtfulness and sincerity.
The newly renovated room was excellent, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, clean, and hygienic.
Having stayed at many luxury hotels, I feel it's truly rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such an outstanding service experience!

KoBe N0210Although it's a bit far in, the shuttle bus to the Crystal Lobby is super convenient and gets you there in no time.
A staff member, I think his name was Mick, was great and upgraded my room. The room was even bigger than my home, and the bathtub faced the street with an open view.
I had the indoor pool all to myself – it was fantastic!
Thanks for the welcome gift from the staff, it was very thoughtful and sweet. The dessert was small enough for the kids to eat themselves. I will definitely stay again, though I wasn't quite used to the strong woody perfume scent in the hotel lobby.
I would recommend it and will return.
Also, I reported an issue with the door seal and room cleanliness, and he quickly arranged for the department to follow up, which is commendable.

Anonymous UserThis is actually a great establishment. Location wise is easily accessible, price wise is decent, has a good privacy. I would say this hotel is more of a Chinese mainland kind a type. It does’t have proper coffee in the room, most of the staff speak Mandarin instead of English, the decoration and stuff are too.
What I meant by privacy is that this hotel’s lobby is on the 38th floor and there is a separate elevator to go down to the room floors. However, to go down to the entrance is either go back to the lobby and change, or go to the gym and restaurant and take other elevators at the back. It is like a maze.
My room view is magnificent, facing Macau tower, the bridge, and the Sands. The gym and pool are also nice. In general, this is such a proper family hotel with a decent price. It would be so much better for me personally if they have Netflix as well as proper coffee like Nespresso.

Anonymous UserDear St. Regis Macau Team,
Thank you so much for the thoughtful arrangements during my stay at The St. Regis.
I was so pleasantly surprised to see that you had prepared a special bed for my piglet upon check-in, along with a handwritten welcome card. I couldn't help but take photos! ☺️
My piglet is just a small plush toy I carry with me, but you noticed this little detail and even prepared a bed for it. This level of attentiveness and sense of humor truly highlights the enchanting service at St. Regis.
Sometimes, it's these unexpected little details that make a trip truly memorable.
Please extend my gratitude to James Mach and the housekeeping team who assisted with the arrangements.
Thank you for adding such a lovely and memorable experience to this stay.
I look forward to returning to The St. Regis again.
Best regards,

Booked this hotel nearby for my sister's TF Sports Meet! Everything exceeded our expectations in the best way possible! From check-in, we were already so impressed with the hotel's service. The bed was incredibly comfortable – a real lifesaver for someone like me who struggles with severe insomnia! I was drifting off to sleep within half an hour. Housekeeping was also impeccable, and breakfast was delicious! It was an amazing experience, and this will definitely be our top choice for our next trip to Macau!

Guest UserMy stay at The Parisian Macao L'Occitane themed hotel was fantastic! The vintage Portuguese ambiance was captivating, and the public areas were exquisitely designed, perfect for photos at every turn. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The hotel has an integrated shopping street and multiple restaurants, making it very convenient. It's only a few minutes by taxi to The Venetian Macao's Cotai Arena. The staff were polite and efficient during check-in. Its proximity to the Hengqin Port makes it super convenient for returning after a concert. The only minor drawback is that the shops in the mall close quite early. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and it's a great choice for catching a show in Macau. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Anonymous UserI had a very pleasant stay at the YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a nice view. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facilities, like the pool, were well-maintained and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is a bit quieter and a little further from the busiest tourist areas, but the main attractions are easily accessible by taxi or public transport. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

xzj_kyoThis hotel stands out a bit in Taipa, located away from the main luxury hotel zone (though it's not really that far, given how small Macau is; a taxi from central Taipa is only about 50 MOP). It's nestled by the mountains and the sea, making it quite peaceful, right next to Hac Sa Beach. The decent-sized outdoor pool is definitely a highlight. However, it's an older property, so the facilities and decor have a 90s vibe and are quite dated, which explains why the price is lower compared to hotels in central Taipa. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, and the shower has great water pressure, making for a comfortable experience.

DerrickChong0613The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well.
Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house casino has also ceased operations since November 2025.
