DDudusimidaHygiene: The room was cleaned meticulously every day, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff.
Service: I had such a good experience with my best friend in January that I decided to bring my in-laws and kids back to the hotel. However, the breakfast restaurant service this time was quite subpar. The staff weren't proactive enough, and their service felt stiff and lacked warmth. One specialty breakfast item took an exceptionally long time to arrive. On one particular day, after we were seated, no staff member asked if we'd like coffee or tea. This was a stark contrast to my first visit, where staff even remembered our names.
Breakfast: The crackers at the cheese station were already stale. Breakfast has never been about a wide variety of options, but the pastries are exquisite, and the congee is also quite good.
Overall, my experience from check-in to check-out this time was quite mediocre compared to my first stay. However, I do want to commend the housekeeping staff.
Anyway, a huge thank you to the hotel for preparing an anniversary cake for my in-laws' room.

XxfmhThe room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!

AAimaopaode QQOur stay was incredibly satisfying, with exceptional and proactive personalized service! Before check-in, they even provided beautiful drawing toys for my child. The front desk staff also kindly upgraded us to a pool view room and thoughtfully set up a tent for the little one.
Every night, the turndown service was full of pleasant surprises, including delicious local cookies. We had some trouble with the TV casting, and the hotel's housekeeping staff helped us multiple times. One of the managers even noticed my child and kindly gave them a small doll, which made my kid incredibly happy! They also paid special attention to potential bumps and proactively placed protective corners on every piece of furniture in the room – a huge plus! Many luxury five-star hotels don't go this extra mile.
During every encounter with the concierge service, staff members would proactively ask if we needed help with a taxi or if we needed reservations for restaurants.
Upon check-out, another detail left a lasting impression: the staff member proactively mentioned that we could continue to use the hotel's swimming pool and children's play area even after checking out. This truly showed their thoughtfulness and sincerity.
The newly renovated room was excellent, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, clean, and hygienic.
Having stayed at many luxury hotels, I feel it's truly rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such an outstanding service experience!

From the moment we arrived, our dedicated butler greeted us warmly, taking our luggage and offering hot tea. This meticulous service immediately left a great impression. We had mentioned our anniversary beforehand, and the hotel thoughtfully remembered every expectation – upon check-in, our room was already exquisitely decorated with warm touches, a handwritten card, chilled red wine, and a beautiful anniversary cake, all accompanied by a fresh and plump fruit platter. The sense of occasion was perfect, with every detail showing immense care.
Our room was spacious and elegant, featuring a marble bathroom and high-quality bedding, ensuring ultimate comfort. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning view of Cotai's dazzling nightscape, with the Parisian Eiffel Tower lights perfectly framed, creating just the right romantic ambiance. The 24-hour butler service was always on call, and the turndown service thoughtfully included a sleep-aid spray and dessert, providing a meticulous and reassuring touch.
The hotel's location is superb, offering direct access to shopping complexes like The Venetian and The Londoner, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The daily evening champagne sabering ritual was a unique St. Regis experience, adding a special touch to our anniversary.
We sincerely thank all the staff at The St. Regis Macao for their dedication and enthusiasm, which made our anniversary exceptionally memorable and full of warmth. WWorld of WondersWhere Every Detail Felt Like Home.
From the moment I stepped into Artyzen Grand Lapa, I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere. At check-in, I was greeted with the words, “We have been waiting for you,” which immediately made me feel special. Soon after, a beautiful bouquet of flowers with birthday wishes appeared—sent by my loved ones through the hotel, which was a wonderful surprise.
The hotel kindly upgraded my room and offered a late check-out, and I also received a welcome fruit platter. The following day, the staff delivered the most delicious blueberry cheesecake, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The service throughout my stay was immaculate. I would especially like to thank Edgar and Maree for their assistance with booking my birthday dinner and helping me plan my sightseeing schedule.
The room was lovely, with an exceptionally comfortable bed—I especially enjoyed the pillow menu. Coffee was great, everything worked perfectly, and I loved the strong shower and high-quality bathroom amenities. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options.
The spa and swimming pool facilities were also amazing. Overall, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
Thank you for creating such a memorable and wonderful birthday experience for me.

CCindy_8888The customer service was excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary and to our surprise, we got upgraded to a suite. The room was huge, beautiful, and clean, and they even gave us red wine and cake. It was a wonderful experience. There was a good variety of breakfast options, though paying the full price of 300-400 per person might not be worth it. The transportation is very convenient with a shuttle bus service, and the shopping mall is connected by a bridge to the light rail. It only takes two stops to reach Rua do Cunha. I would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserFantastic experience! The L'Occitane toiletries were a lovely touch and great value for money. The room service staff were also very friendly, and the front desk actively helped with luggage. The only minor downside was that the hotel facilities were a bit old, especially the hairdryer which was very, very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was also a lot of limescale in the corners around the bathroom.

LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

YYingyuanxiaoquHoliday Inn Macau is super convenient to get to. The hotel itself is great – very clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious. The staff are incredibly helpful; I forgot my phone charger, and they immediately sent someone up with one. Breakfast was good too, and it's excellent value for money. When I checked out, the doorman even helped me call a taxi. Five stars!
