The hotel is not far from the Ruins of St. Paul's, so the location is good. The room was tidy and clean, with no strange odors. The disposable bath towels provided were very convenient, and the soundproofing was also quite good. The front desk service was excellent, and they offered luggage storage. It's great value for money, highly recommended.

Great budget stay in historic centre with good transport links This budget guesthouse is located right in the historic centre, with very convenient access to buses and even the metro. There are 24-hour convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was super handy. On the first day, we pressed the ”clean-up” button in the room, but nobody came. We later found out that you need to request cleaning at the reception – so keep that in mind! The room only had 2 towels, and drinking water is only available at the reception. However, the windows open, which is rare in this area, and we could dry our clothes – a huge plus! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and well-located place in Macau. The hotel is located in a small alley in Furlong, and right outside is Furlong New Street, making transportation quite convenient. It's also pretty close to the Ruins of St. Paul's. I was initially worried the room would be small, but it was perfectly sufficient for one person. I stayed for three consecutive nights; the room was very clean, and I slept well at night. When checking out, the front desk staff even gave me coffee and handmade soap!

The room was nice, but there was no hot water – a cold shower! But the main issue was being rushed out at check-out. They practically kicked me out, saying if I stayed even 30-40 minutes late, I'd have to pay for a full day! I checked in late at night, didn't get enough rest, and woke up around noon, only to be immediately pressured to leave. This was despite the next check-in being at 2 PM, leaving plenty of time to clean if I just took a little longer to pack. In the end, they wouldn't even let me sit in the hallway or on the stairs; I needed Wi-Fi to set up my eSIM. Overall, the hotel is okay, but the staff isn't polite.

It is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to Casino’s it is at the back of Lisboa Casino Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

The motel is in a strategic location, surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and local eateries, making it very convenient for travelers. Within a 10-minute walk, you can easily enjoy shopping at popular stores such as SaSa, Nike, Adidas, and Puma, as well as explore the nearby food and beverage options. The room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for an affordable and conveniently located accommodation for a short stay.

The location is super convenient! Right outside, you'll find the Ruins of St. Paul's, and walking a bit further brings you towards Grand Lisboa and Wynn. There are tons of pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants on the street. Plus, there are bus stops that can take you to both the old and new parts of the city.

A quiet hotel in the bustling city, right next to the Ruins of St. Paul's. You can enjoy the sights all to yourself at night.

Deluxe Hostel is a decent budget hotel for travelers who want to be near the historic center without the high price tag. It’s within walking distance to Senado Square and lots of local food spots. However, take note that it is not a luxury stay. If you expect a modern lobby, gym, or full room service, this isn't the place for you. It’s also not recommended for families with small children or seniors due to the stairs and lack of specialized facilities. But if you're a group of active travelers looking for an affordable base to explore Macau, this works perfectly. 😊⭐️

The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities. It was especially quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The owner was very kind; when I didn't have change for the bus, he helped me out. I'll definitely be back next time.
