3-Star Hotels in Macau

The hotel environment and facilities are excellent, and the staff are all young and very friendly. It feels safe and quiet, even for a solo traveler. No need for a power adapter, as there are USB outlets. The bus stop downstairs is super convenient, getting you to the airport, Galaxy Arena, and Coloane in about half an hour. Plus, there's a 'Yang Zhi Jin Lao' (dessert shop) and local eateries right next door, and a 7-Eleven just 50 meters away. The hotel also provided a complimentary breakfast for one day, with a fixed menu which was convenient. Overall, it's a great value-for-money hotel. The only minor point is that I wish they would replace or clean the anti-slip mat in the bathroom.

The service was excellent during my stay! However, I ran into an issue during checkout that required police assistance. While waiting for the police to arrive, my phone was almost out of battery. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a power adapter. The male front desk staff said they had one and asked for my room number. I told him I had already checked out but just needed to charge my phone in the lobby for a bit and would return it right away. The staff then immediately said they didn't have one. Hmm! I've stayed at your hotel many times during my trips to Macau, and the service has always been great. But this time was really disappointing! If my phone wasn't about to die and I couldn't scan for a power bank, I wouldn't have even asked to borrow an adapter after checking out. I understand you have a right not to lend it, as it's your property. But I still wanted to share this experience. After all, even if a guest has checked out, shouldn't there be a bit more humanity when they're in urgent need of help?

This is my second time staying at the Grand Dragon Hotel, this time for my child's graduation ceremony at Macau Polytechnic University. The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the university. After clearing customs, you can take bus route 10 directly to the hotel, which is super convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded us to a deluxe room. They knew we were attending a graduation ceremony until noon, so they specially arranged a late check-out for us. Their personalized service was truly thoughtful! The room was spacious, neat, and clean, and also came with complimentary bottled water, free coffee and tea bags, and free WiFi. We also spontaneously added breakfast at the front desk, which was very easy, and the restaurant is right in the lobby on the first floor. Overall, our stay felt incredibly warm and comforting. I sincerely thank the hotel for their considerate service! Looking forward to seeing you again next time!

Overall, it was much better than I expected. The location is right next to Grand Lisboa, making it very convenient to get to attractions by car. As soon as I entered the room, the air conditioning was on. It was generally quite clean, and there was a window sill you could sit on. I had seen many reviews saying the service was bad or that staff were discriminatory, but I didn't experience that, as I barely interacted with anyone during my stay. The deposit could be paid with Alipay. There were also outlets that didn't require a converter, though I brought one myself anyway. These are all just my personal feelings!

Every time I visit Macau, I stay at this hotel, and this time my experience was even better! First off, the lobby has been upgraded and is much more beautiful, bright, and comfortable. Then, during check-in, the front desk lady patiently explained the new room door lock system – you just swipe the card directly, unlike before where I'd worry about demagnetization if the room card was near my phone. The room, as always, was clean and tidy. My little one absolutely loves the two-meter large bed. When I needed extra items for the room, the staff was super patient, asking if I had enough. This hotel is so thoughtful, it's a must-stay every time I come! 👍

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – super convenient for getting around. It's just a stone's throw from Wynn and Grand Lisboa, and there's a bus stop right outside the door where you can get anywhere for just 6 yuan. It's an older 4-star hotel, but a big plus is that the shower isn't in a bathtub, which is great. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit. The front desk staff were very polite, and the bellhops at the entrance were also excellent.

The location and environment are great, not far from the Border Gate. It's clean and hygienic, with fresh air and no strange smells. The facilities are complete, and the service is warm. They offer free luggage storage, and the breakfast is rich. It's excellent value for money. Overall, it's very good, a full 5 stars!

The location of this hotel is perfect, especially if you are travelling on a late-night flight or you have an early flight to catch. As you step out of the Macau International Airport from the first floor, the hotel is right across the road. The service is amazing as they checked us in very quickly, and the staff is also friendly. The rooms were very clean with comfortable bedding and a good view. The washroom was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with both traditional and western food. As a vegetarian, I would say that their meals are very delicious and offer a variety of dishes.

The room was nice, clean, and tidy, and the service attitude was good too. The air conditioning didn't stop even when the room card wasn't inserted, which was great for instantly cooling down the room and feeling comfortable on a hot summer day. The price was also reasonable, and it was convenient to get around from the hotel.

The Waldo Hotel Macau boasts a convenient location, close to the Golden Lotus Square and the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, making travel easy. The rooms are spacious and offer good value for money, while the service is decent. Although the facilities are a bit dated and soundproofing isn't great, its prime location makes it a practical choice for guests prioritizing convenience.
