Swarga Suites Bali Berawa, Marclan Collection

Had a lovely stay at Swarga Suites during my Bali trip! A relaxing place to unwind and enjoy the holiday. Thank you to the team for having us. Terima kasih! 🙏

Excellent Balinese cuisine in the restaurant and room service, enjoyed it very much, especially bebek goreng (deep fried duck). Nice seafood choices also. Full hearty breakfast every day too with lots of choices. Nice staff always ready to help and bring amenities. Every room has a bathtub!!! 👌🫶

Very nice ambience and service provided by the hotel. Rooms were very clean and well-maintained. However, my only complain is that the bar counter / cups and tea and coffee table is placed is not very ideal. Dust from the stairs will be all over these items (and we are using it to consume drinks...), especially with the stairs right above it. Perhaps the hotel might need to consider to readjust the room layout? Other than that, the beachfront is clean and nice, seems like the locals do go to this beach and it is not too crowded. Unfortunately, location-wise it is not very ideal as it is slightly out of the way but if you prefer a getaway and not be around the hustle and bustle, this hotel might be ideal for you! Breakfast option has a good spread of local and international food and it was all very delicious. You may want to consider opting out for hotel breakfast for a day or two if you are keen to have other food outside and for longer stays as some food options are the same. Another thing to know is that there are two beach clubes nearby and I think one of them is very loud and can actually be heard even in our rooms.. That's how crazy loud their music is 🤯🤯 p.s. no pictures of the bedroom but trust me to say it is very clean and nice

Location is fine if you want to chill on the beach every day. Far away from city center. The food is very average, little choice, not applicable for 4 star hotel. The pool is nice ( but it’s like 50-60 cm for kids mostly, and a bit small). What made me pissed off is that you always have to beg for more water (because it’s only two little bottles 330ml) for couple people per day! One of the days I asked for water and the staff just ignored me for 3 hours, so I needed to go to reception to ask for this personally. On the second day the safe was broken so they needed to come and replace it. Another point when me alone was in the pool the service (with no disturb sign on) just came in the room and went on the porch next to pool to ask if I need anything) 🤣 generally I feel like the service there is random and very unpredictable. They can ignore you three hours and then break into the room with help that you do not need. Safety concern is real in this place

Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and beautifully located by the beach, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, with a great variety and everything tasting fresh and delicious. The stay was splendid from start to finish, and I’d definitely recommend Swarga for anyone looking for a comfortable beachside getaway.
