"The hotel itself is very good. It has a large and beautiful pool (open until dark), a lush green area, and excellent, varied breakfasts. It's located close to supermarkets and not far from Icon Mall. The pathways are paved, and there are cafes and souvenir shops nearby. But… There's no proper door for the bathroom; instead, there are semi-transparent doors for the toilet and shower. Essentially, even to change clothes, you have to hide in the toilet, which is inconvenient. There was a small sofa for the child, but no bedding or towels. We asked for them, and they were brought after a second request. Two staff members came and made the bed with four hands, even though we could have done it ourselves. The pool seemed clean, but the water appeared cloudy with an oily film on the surface, perhaps from sunscreen? It was like that in the evening and hadn't changed by the morning. There's a private beach area with sun loungers, and towels are provided for both the beach and the pool. Overall, the impression is very good, and we would return here if we knew the sea wasn't always so shallow. It was quite difficult to swim. The staff is very customer-oriented. They are accommodating and allow guests to store their luggage. Generally, hotel staff in Bali are friendly and diligent."

"Yuda is very good ，Absolutely loved our stay at this villa in Kuta! The private pool was a dream – clean, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off after a day out. The service was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They even let us store our luggage for free after check-out, which made our last day so much more relaxing without dragging bags around. Location-wise, it couldn't be better – just a short stroll to the heart of Kuta with all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside. And the airport is only a 10-minute drive away, which was a huge bonus for our early morning flight. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value. We'll definitely be back!"

"Hotel is decently priced, located a 10min scooter ride from batu balong/berawa/evhe beach. The rooftop pool is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly. They have scooter rental, laundry service and tours etc available. Stayed in both the delux standard room and the suite. Suite almost too big. Some noise can be heard through the door into hallway, but no big issue. Recommended"

"The location is very convenient and it is easy to find vegetarian food nearby, although most of the options are Indian vegetarian. For Indonesian vegetarian food, we had to travel a little further to other areas. There are many massage and hair spa places around, which makes it very convenient for relaxation. It is also very easy to call a Grab from this location. A Grab ride from the airport to the villa cost around 126,000 IDR, which was quite reasonable. The villa service was attentive. Staff came every morning to clean the pool, and in the evening they helped make the bed. When we returned at night, the bed was nicely prepared and the air-conditioning had already been turned on, which was a very thoughtful touch."

"We have stayed at hotel 6 times and was very disappointed on this stay. The hotel is really loosing its 5 star quality service and unfriendly check in staff. Was not welcomed as a return guests and we booked a twin deluxe garden bungalow not much deluxe about it. Only one coffee and tea sachet in room so not excitable for the huge price tag . Beds so hard like a plank , very uncomfortable. We did not have twin beds when we arrived to room and it was in our booking and confirmed at point of check in. Then our beds were just separated but still exactly next two each other on same bed frame not even two separate beds. Asked for ironing board and was asked to sign a payment sleep to be charge , what is that all about. Not 5 star service. Was not offered breakfast or informed about it. Food around pool was very below average and over priced for portion size. Location is fantastic and pools still fabulous but it has lost all its charm and care to detail. Will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone in the future. Very disappointed. Shame on you Legian Beach Hotel. So many great hotels in this area to choose from so will be trying somewhere new and not giving my hard earned holiday money to Legian Beach in the future."

"Really good hotel overall. The staff were so lovely and very attentive. We had the 1 bedroom villa which was great with its own private pool. "Cozy villa with good location however Family suite private pool tile cracked which need attention and repair. During first day when we check in front counter staff told us that we can order room service so that breakfast to be serve in room instead of restaurant but when we request to have breakfast at room on last night before check out the same staff told me that it’s not possible."

"I could not recommend om ham enough, what a magic part of the world. The staff were very gracious, even when I rocked up at 1am. The buffet Breakfast was sufficient and the views from the restaurant were amazing. Could not fault. Thankyou om ham!"

"Absolute Jungle paradise! The most beautiful hotel What we loved: The Vibes: Beautiful hotel, which had a very relaxed atmosphere, and gorgeous jungle styling. Amenities: Loved the transfers included down to Ubud Centre + the yoga was fantastic. The Rooms: Lovely apartment-style rooms with great outdoor spaces and a super cute outdoor bath. We opted for the room with a swimming pool which felt very secluded and romantic. The staff turned down the bed of an evening so that you had the curtains draped around the four poster bed. Would make a lovely honeymoon hotel!! The Views: Breathtaking scenery, the views from the pool into the jungle are incredible. The Food: Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The Spa: 10/10 - Incredible service, beautiful setting, incredible massage. It's open air into the jungle and waterfall and honestly breathtaking! Things to note: If i was being really critical, I feel the main swimming pool could have done with a slight update. The sunbed cushions were a little stained + the wood had lost it's vibrant freshness. Overall, an incredible experience. Highly recommend!"
