Other visitors' reviews of Wulong Karst Tourism Area
Show More ReviewsWe visited at the end of October. At this time of year, the area is no longer as crowded, so we were able to head straight from the visitor center to the entrance of the scenic area without any wait. The route begins with an elevator ride down into the valley. There is only one path, so it’s impossible to get lost. Near the stalls, there is a staircase leading quite a way up the rock face—but this is a dead end; you have to head back down the steps to continue along the path in the valley. At the end of the valley, we took a shuttle to Longshuixia. There, you first enter a tunnel, and upon exiting it, you take an elevator down into the gorge. Again, there is only one path, so you cannot get lost. At the end of the gorge, a shuttle awaits to take you back to the visitor center. Everything is very well organized.
