The Westin Changsha

Overall, I'm satisfied. My child's favorite trio was all there: a delivery robot, a bathtub, and electric curtains. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a children's slide 🛝 and Changsha rice noodles… I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange bed rails, which was a thoughtful touch. Since I was traveling with a child, I also requested a late check-out, which was granted. The doorman was very proactive and helpful with luggage. The butler was also very responsive to all requests. There were children's toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower gel, but no children's slippers, so that's something to remember to bring yourself. The hotel is a renovation, so there were no unpleasant odors, and the hygiene was acceptable. Regarding transportation, it felt like taxis could get us anywhere quickly. The hotel is quite centrally located, directly opposite a shopping mall, I think it was CapitaLand Plaza. We checked in on the Mid-Autumn Festival, but there was no festive atmosphere at all, and no welcome fruit or small mooncakes either.

Even at 9:50 AM, close to breakfast closing, they promptly replenish items. The service is even nicer – they resolve issues promptly and respond to requests.
