"This river-view hotel is fantastic! The minimalist luxury decor feels high-end and tasteful, and the lighting design creates a wonderful atmosphere. It's truly romantic, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a view-facing pool. You can soak in the tub while enjoying the panoramic scenery of the Xiang River, Orange Isle, and Yuelu Mountain – all while sipping a few drinks. Bliss! The hotel even upgraded my room, which was incredibly kind to someone visiting Changsha from out of town. The location is super convenient for both sightseeing and getting around. "We just had a fantastic family vacation celebrating my wife’s birthday in Changsha, and staying at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou was a wonderful decision. We checked in on May 22, 2026, and checked out on May 25, 2026. I can easily provide 5+ star comments without hesitation. The hotel is very new and has a grand and clean overall impression. The river view from the hotel is magnificent. All the facilities are advanced. The room is spacious, and I love the modern Chinese style design. What really impressed me was the service? Both the front desk and the restaurant staff can provide proactive services. For example, I had a little cough during my breakfast, and the restaurant manager provided me with some food and drink that could comfort my coughing. All the restaurant staff were well-trained and offered excellent service during our breakfast time. The butler service was amazing too, which made my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. My wife and daughter were extremely impressed. Also, the gym and swimming pool were clean and comfortable. Finally, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed writing comments after my hotel stay. I was extremely happy to recognize the team at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou. I believe the leadership and management of the hotel have spent tremendous efforts in training, as this level of service is difficult to achieve. We are also thinking of visiting Zhangjiajie during the winter holidays. We will obviously stay at the Oryard Hotel Changsha and are looking forward to coming back."

"This was an exceptionally satisfying trip. We drove through Changsha with our dog, and the hotel was incredibly pet-friendly. The room was spacious enough for our dog to sleep comfortably, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent; it was freezing outside when it rained in Changsha, but the room was warm and cozy with the air conditioning on. I especially loved the hot water in the shower – the strong water pressure made for a very relaxing bath. There's a lawn outside the hotel where you can walk your dog, and there's a pet kindergarten across the street. If you can't bring your dog on a trip, you can leave it there for lessons. The kindergarten even picks up and drops you off from your room while you're staying here. The hotel's location is also fantastic, right next to the Xiangjiang River. It's only a ten-minute walk to Qiatongxue Square. Taking our dog for a walk along the river in the evening was so relaxing. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha."

"This is a standalone hotel with an excellent location, very close to Wuyi Square, just a five-minute walk away. It's also quiet at night. The staff service is great; you can communicate directly via WeChat, which is very convenient. They even help with laundry, washing, drying, and delivering it back to the room. We also received a welcome fruit platter upon check-in. We had to leave early due to an emergency, and the staff proactively helped us contact for a refund. We even received a small gift when we checked out. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha."

"The room was on a high floor, offering panoramic views of Meixi Lake and a distant glimpse of Yuelu Mountain – a rare find in Changsha to have both mountain and lake views from one spot. The butler service was very attentive and responsive. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the internet speed was fast. Plus, the nearby subway line goes directly to the high-speed train station, which was super convenient. I was really pleased with both the view and the service. "The environment, facilities, breakfast, and dinner were all excellent. However, there were a few service issues: First, the butler contacted me a day in advance. I was driving at the time and asked them to call back the next day, but I didn't hear from them until around 1:30 PM. I was worried the room wouldn't be ready if I arrived early, so I had to contact the hotel through Trip.com. Second, when checking out, the front desk didn't verify the bill or remind me to enter my license plate number. As a result, I was stopped when leaving the parking lot – a definite negative. Third, my luggage was sent to the first floor before I checked out. When I went to pick it up, the concierge showed no willingness to assist (fortunately, my car was parked right in front of the hotel lobby). Fourth, the hotel's fragrance was a bit too strong for my liking; it was a bit overwhelming."

The property itself is beautifully designed and very well maintained. The apartments are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The environment around Meixi Lake is also very pleasant, offering a peaceful and scenic setting that adds to the overall experience. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff—especially Wendy at the concierge desk. Wendy was incredibly helpful, warm, and professional throughout our stay. When we were looking for dinner options, she patiently provided detailed directions and excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to enjoy some fantastic meals and explore the area with ease. Wendy’s attentive service and friendly attitude made a big difference in our experience. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of, which really reflects the high standards of hospitality at this hotel. Overall, the combination of comfortable accommodations, great location, and exceptional service—especially from Wendy—made our stay truly memorable. "Atmosphere: For the price, this is the best hotel room I've stayed in Changsha. Having stayed in so many hotels, I still felt it was excellent value for money the moment I walked in. This alone is a huge recommendation. Cleanliness: Very good, very clean. Facilities: Excellent. The swimming pool, gym, and other amenities are all great, including various executive benefits. Truly worth it. Service: There were a couple of minor issues. The good points are: 1) There's always someone to help with luggage during check-in and check-out, unlike some other hotels where they don't bother once you're checking out. 2) The front desk staff are very patient. The downsides are: 1) My girlfriend encountered some staff with a bad attitude during afternoon tea. 2) In the buffet restaurant, there were constant sales pitches for group buying deals right next to us, with quite a few people, which wasn't a great experience. However, I still highly recommend it. The pros definitely outweigh the cons, and for the same price point, I personally think it's genuinely the best."
