New World Beijing Hotel

Heard that my friend and I were celebrating our birthdays, and the front desk upgraded our room for free! The room was huge with a great view, and the decor was understated luxury – truly living up to its 'little Rosewood' nickname. The hotel location is also super convenient, with the Temple of Heaven right at the end of the street.

You can tell the hotel is quite old. I specifically booked a room in the Regency Club, which I heard was renovated, and it indeed was. The room was very spacious and comfortable, clean and hygienic. The only minor issue was the vanity counter, which was a bit too narrow. Also, some of the light switches had poor contact, but that's something that can't really be helped. Everything else was great, the bed was comfortable, and the toiletries were Malin+Goetz.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. There's a shopping mall within walking distance, making dining very convenient, and both the subway and bus stations are nearby. The hotel service is great; bellhops are available to assist guests with getting in and out of vehicles, and the front desk staff are polite and welcoming. The hotel facilities are complete, comfortable, and clean. The deluxe suites are first-rate, featuring a separate walk-in closet and a living room, making them perfect for business接待. I will definitely stay here again.

The overall experience was excellent! The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was also warm and attentive, and it offered good value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Five-star recommendation!

Overall, the room was quite good and spacious. The only minor issues were that the toilet paper in the restroom ran out quickly, and the bathmat wasn't neatly placed. The hotel's location is excellent, not too far from the Temple of Heaven and Wangfujing, making it very convenient for taxis. The service attitude was great too.

I've never stayed in such a noisy hotel! I was in the area for business and wasn't feeling well, so I decided to book a hotel nearby for a night's rest. I specifically requested a room far from the elevator and as quiet as possible. Upon checking in, the front desk told me there were only two low-floor rooms available. I figured a lower floor wouldn't matter as long as it was quiet, so I accepted. However, after checking in, I found that not only was the room right next to the elevator, but it also faced a main road. The sounds of luggage dragging, the elevator, footsteps, chatter, room cleaning, car horns from the road, and even bus announcements were incessant and extremely loud. On top of that, I could clearly hear the water running from the bathroom upstairs. I tried to sleep through the noise, but it was a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I don't understand why the front desk deliberately concealed this information. Was it really necessary? I'm giving this hotel's environment and service a huge thumbs down!

The hotel's environment is great, and the location is excellent, making it convenient for dining. Just a heads-up, vehicles from out of town aren't allowed in, haha. You'll need to check the local policies beforehand, otherwise you won't be able to drive into the city center!

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip to Beijing. The location is excellent, right near Qianmen, and the hotel's style is quite modern. Beijing Yan is right next door. It was very convenient for attending an event there, and also super easy to get anywhere else in Beijing.
