Super friendly reception Aya and Eva. Close to Lo Wu. Convenient location after going through custom. Piano at the lobby!!! Free coffee and tea available. One-time towels are provided. Note shower is within washroom, not separated from toilet.

Absolutely amazing, far exceeding all expectations! First off, the location is excellent, right across from the train station. The design is very industrial chic and artistic. The toiletries smell lovely, and they provide disposable towels (perfect for someone with sensitive skin like me). The robot food delivery was also very quick. A big thank you to Eusun at the front desk for the coffee ☕️; he was so enthusiastic and kind! I especially want to praise the hotel lobby. The owner has fantastic taste in decor, full marks ✓!
