Haven't found the right hotel yet?
The only thing that needed improvement is the cleanliness - the room is clean but upon check in, there are few bits and pieces of plastic or probably little clean up leftover from the house keeping. Not a big deal but if this can be further improved, it can definitely make the stay more great. Other than that, the only thing I'm not very satisfied is the pillows were too soft that it’s affected my sleep and slightly hurt my neck and shoulder. We did request for additional pillows and they did provided us with extras. Hope the team can look into this and further improved as we really enjoyed our stay.
