I had previously stayed at a Holiday Inn in Hainan. I really liked that hotel. So, I chose this hotel for this reason and came with 2 friends, and they prepared towels, drinks, and other things for 2 people instead of 3. It actually said 3 on the reservation. It was difficult to tell them what was missing, such as a glass of wine, a glass of iced tea, and everything else. So I went downstairs and told them about it, and when I came back, they just threw it on the bed like that. It was the first time I saw a glass of iced tea being placed like that, and I felt really bad. Also, there was no disposable toothbrush in the room. Then when I left the hotel, I found out that they were taken from the receptionist downstairs. No one gave me any information about it. Things I liked: -I liked that the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. -When I left the hotel, the receptionist at the door was very friendly and helped me get into a taxi and put my luggage in the taxi. I really liked the attitude and attitude of the staff. They don't want to see anyone's bad. I wish they would improve their service.
