Three Pearls Musalli Hotel

Far from mosque, walking takes atleast 25 minutes. Apart from that, hotel is good. Can take a taxi but they charge around 20 SAR to reach the Haram mosque.

Lovely hotel. Decent location to Haram. 25 minute walk There's a shuttle bus too. If you need to get a cab back than I've been told it'll cost you between SAR 10 and 15. Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff Amir and Dua. Clean room. Super price via trip. com.

The breakfast buffet smells bad and seems to be expired so disappointing unfortunately remaining services are fine

Good overall but I wish basic stuff such as toothbrush and tothpaste should be provided.

Very good deal with this hotel, clean room 15mn from haram. 2 improvements needed: 1. breakfast is more than average; 2. Shuttle is a joke starting at 3am when fair is at 6am and dropping at 1km from the Haram. Better to go walking

I could be happy to writting more better than what i am writting about Three Pearls Hotel review. Firstly the reception desk ladies were ok, but the Men over there hardly understand english language. Secondly the cleaning staffs were horrible. They even found mis behaving with the border for cleaning the floor carpet with vaccum cleaner for the second day! The service staffs used to limit the coffee and tissue papers saying, if it is not asked by the boarder then why they should give it! The location of the hotel regarding aerial distance

I can say everything was fine about this hotel except the check-in lady, she was not professional at all, didn't smile at all and let us feel like we were staying for free or begging for something. The shuttle bus is small and has limited seats and only go to the haram 5 times a day, that means if the bus was already full you have to take a taxi or uber.
