The hotel environment is excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. It has its own garden where you can relax and wander around. The cleanliness is impeccable, and you can contact the butler if you have any issues. The location is ideal, very close to Haigeng Dam, and calling a taxi is quick. It's about a 30-40 minute drive from both the city center and the high-speed train station. The breakfast staff are very welcoming; after staying a few days, they even recognized me. On our first day, we dined at the Caifenglou Chinese Restaurant, and the service, taste, and ambiance were all superb.

Our stay at Hualuxe Hotel Kunming was absolutely fantastic! The executive king room with a balcony offered an incredible view, directly overlooking Dianchi Lake. The room was spotlessly clean, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and the facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained. It was a really comfortable stay for a couple, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Five out of five stars, I highly recommend Hualuxe Kunming! The hotel is located by Dianchi Lake, with elegant gardens and an excellent private hot spring experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, and they offer thoughtful details like complimentary welcome fruit in the morning and evening, and a heartwarming sweet soup before bed. The breakfast features a rich selection of local Yunnanese specialties, making for a perfect vacation ambiance. I must give a special shout-out to Guest Relations Officer Mia! Before my stay, she proactively added me on WeChat to communicate my needs in advance, meticulously asking about my travel plans and room preferences. Throughout my entire stay, her responses were incredibly fast; no matter the time, she was patient and thorough with her replies. She took the initiative to help coordinate a room with a view and provided information on nearby attractions, arranging various thoughtful surprises. Her professionalism and gentle demeanor, coupled with her prompt follow-up on everything, truly embody the best of Chinese hospitality, anticipating guests' needs perfectly. My entire stay was comfortable and rejuvenating. Mia's attentive service added so much warmth to my trip. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming, and I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Dianchi Lake for a holiday!

I've stayed here before, but then I switched to other business hotels. This time, my trip was more for leisure than work, so I decided on the Hualuxe. The environment is still great, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Hygiene: For an older hotel, the cleanliness was surprisingly good. I'm quite particular, borderline obsessive-compulsive, and neither of the two rooms I stayed in had any smoke smell. The toilet in the bathroom, which is something I always pay close attention to, was also perfectly fine. Environment: The style is retro, and the courtyard has a very Southeast Asian feel, perfect for photos. Service: The butler who assisted us was incredibly thoughtful and responsible, providing all the help we needed. It's rare to encounter such excellent hotel management! Sunny, true to their name, was very gentle and responsible! This trip to Kunming was delightful and very comfortable!

The hotel environment is excellent, with both above-ground and underground parking. The service is also quite good; they called in advance to ask if we needed any items for children. We didn't get to experience the premium photo service, though.
