Everything, starting from the location till the half-board, was amazing. Respect to everyone involved.

The best hotel in th world and the best servis, great view, i booking view kaabah it was very clear and location very strategic.

Service was ok but we’ve stay for 6 days however breakfast menu was almost the same daily. Please add some variety for the breakfast or change menu as most travellers stays for many days for umrah. Its gets boring after few days with same menu daily.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Concierge were always helpful. The quadruple room was comfortable and suitable for our stay. However, in terms of space, it was just enough for four people and felt a little tight, especially with our luggage. Overall, the room was still comfortable and practical. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from with limited option to suit different tastes. Distance is the main reason for me choosing this hotel. The walk from the hotel lobby to the tower entrance takes no more than 3 minutes, and from there, it’s only about a 2-minute walk to the mosque entrance. The walk was mostly indoor which is a plus point during summer.

Swissotel is close to clock tower, and has direct access to Haram. Alhumdulilah, it was a great location with easy access to the shops etc
