We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It is very near to Haram and very convenient to perform our umrah and prayers. Ms Ashwaq from the check in counter was really welcoming and awesome. The housekeeper Mr Abder Rahim and his supervisor Mr Aiman were very accommodative and polite. Not to forget Mr Abderrahman from the concierge who was very friendly

My second stay at Swissotel Makkah, and once again, it was absolutely perfect. From the moment I checked in until the time I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were professional, warm, and genuinely attentive to every detail. The service was seamless, the room was immaculate, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. I truly felt cared for throughout my entire stay. This hotel consistently delivers outstanding service and comfort. I am always impressed and will definitely be coming back again.

Quadruple room is too small for 4 people, shower is very tiny .. if you are a L or XL you can not turn around in the shower box. Breakfast is quantity and not quality . City view turned out to be looking directly into a room in the next hotel

This was my **third stay** at the hotel, and once again my experience was excellent. The location is exceptional, with easy access to the Haram, which greatly enhanced my Umrah experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and uplifting. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness of the staff, who were always willing to help and ensured that my stay was both comfortable and spiritually fulfilling. Great location within the Abraj Al Bait Mall complex and very close to Masjid Al Haram. The restaurant is spacious and offers a good variety of breakfast options. However, check-in is late at 4:00 PM while check-out is at 12:00 noon, which doesn’t allow a full 24-hour stay. The lobby and elevators are often very busy. Overall, a good stay mainly because of the location.
