Chimelong Xiangjiang Hotel

I chose the Xiangjiang Hotel for my trip to Chimelong with my child this time. The location is super close to the North Gate of the Safari Park, so we could easily head back to the room to rest whenever we got tired. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to all the parks, which is a great convenience for families with kids. What truly surprised me was the food! As a well-established brand with over 30 years of history, the Xiangjiang Chinese Restaurant's dishes were absolutely amazing, easily comparable to any great Cantonese restaurant outside. They really catered to different palates. It's also very convenient to get a taxi or order takeout right outside the hotel. Overall, it was a perfect vacation experience!

This hotel is a hidden gem for families visiting Chimelong! It made traveling with kids so much easier. The room cleanliness was excellent, the carpets were spotless, and they replenished our mineral water daily, so we always had drinks. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the concierge offered free luggage storage. We were very happy with our room assignment. The hotel's Chimelong travel guide was incredibly useful; it saved us a lot of unnecessary detours – super practical! The free shuttle bus goes directly to the park, making transportation a breeze. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the 'Kids' Fun Corner' was a paradise for children. The in-room safe was very handy, and the adorable express check-out box meant no waiting in line to check out. The whole hotel had excellent WiFi coverage and comprehensive children's facilities. Kids loved watching the fish play in the garden – a great experience for them. The room staff were always on call and responded quickly to requests. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Chimelong!

The hotel also has a kids' play area where our little one had a blast, and the in-room safe was very handy. The cute express check-out box made the process quick and easy, and transportation to the park was a breeze. With full Wi-Fi coverage, plenty of children's amenities, and even little fish swimming in the garden pond, our family vacation was exceptionally worry-free. The room service staff were enthusiastic and responded to our requests very promptly. Overall, we were very satisfied with every aspect and will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Chimelong!

When visiting Guangzhou with family, Chimelong Guangzhou is our top choice. The hotel service is excellent, and the kids absolutely love the water park. For families with children, I highly recommend the Amazing Family Water Park; the facilities are fantastic and fun. Adults can enjoy the thrilling combined slides.

Facilities: The room was very spacious. There's a shuttle bus right outside the hotel that goes to various attractions, so if you plan your times well, you can save on transportation costs. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of options, including wontons, noodles, pastries, fruits, drinks, and hot dishes. Cleanliness: All amenities were complete and tidy, and there was even a wall-mounted makeup mirror. The themed room's decor was very cute. Environment: It's a quiet oasis despite being in a bustling area. The corridors are carpeted, so coming back late at night won't disturb other guests. Service: Staff were responsive to all questions and had a great attitude. If you're staying at a Chimelong hotel and driving, remember to register your license plate at check-in to get free parking when entering and exiting the parks.

The experience was great! We were upgraded from an elephant-themed room to a giraffe-themed room upon check-in. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet the next day was rich and tasty. Although the hotel is outside the park, it's actually quite close to the North Gate, about a 10-minute walk. From there, you can queue for a few minutes to take the mini-train. Plus, the hotel offers scheduled shuttle services to all the park areas, which is very convenient. We chose Xiangjiang over the other two Chimelong hotels because it's super easy to order and pick up food delivery, and with kids, convenient dining is a top priority. My child loved Xiangjiang Hotel, and the stay was fantastic. Full marks, highly recommended!

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The butler service was very responsive to all my requests, and the room was cleaned promptly. Daily supplies were also comprehensive. The only minor issues were a slight musty smell when I first entered the room on the first day, which could be improved, and the shuttle service to the park could be more frequent.

The Xiangjiang Hotel offers great value for money, and I was very satisfied with this trip. We always managed to catch the shuttle bus right on time. My reasons for choosing this hotel are: First, it's convenient for food delivery, with a dedicated pick-up point. Second, the hotel's location is perfect, making it the top choice for visiting Chimelong's four parks plus the Grand Circus. Third, the hotel is very considerate, offering cartoon NPCs to play with the kids. In the evenings, there are also delicious discounted desserts. I would suggest that Xiangjiang Chinese Restaurant improve its service speed and menu variety to enhance its brand image. The two restaurants within the hotel could differentiate their offerings more clearly: one specializing in fine Chinese cuisine, and the other focusing on dim sum and various local snacks. From what I've seen, the brand power of surrounding restaurants still can't compare to the hotel's own restaurants, so the hotel's dining options should remain competitive. Also, the zookeepers at Chimelong Safari Park are highly skilled, very professional, and have excellent attitudes.
