The staff explained everything clearly and meticulously, patiently answering all our questions. They were efficient and never perfunctory. The upgraded deluxe twin room significantly enhanced our experience. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light. The overall Zen-inspired decor was simple and tranquil, making our stay very relaxing. The entire room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and tidy, and the mattress helped alleviate the fatigue from our journey.
