The only downside was the room heating, which was too hot. If you stay here, make sure to get a room with windows that can open, otherwise, it gets stuffy. The location is excellent, very close to Exit A of Dengshikou Subway Station, making it super convenient for getting around. It's really close to Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing Street, and there are lots of great local snacks and food nearby. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance.

The service was great! I called ahead to check on the room status, and they even have a robot deliver meals. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Dengshikou subway station, and a 10-minute walk to Wangfujing if you turn right. They offer free water refills in the room, and you can add an extra bed to the family room. They even gave a small gift to my child. The only downside is that the curtains don't close completely, leaving a gap. I was woken up early by the sunlight, which shines directly onto the pillow. I hope they can improve this.

They set up a small tent and toys for the kids, cleaned our room daily, and provided unlimited water, drinks, and coffee every day. What really stood out was after we pushed two twin beds together, the next day the staff actually put a super-sized duvet cover on them, so there was no gap in the middle – incredibly thoughtful! While the hotel entrance is small, the decor is lovely, the facilities are excellent, and the service is top-notch. It's also just a 10-minute walk to Wangfujing. Definitely a great review!
