The room was really spacious, and we even got a free upgrade! The service was excellent, a special shout-out to Gary! Breakfast was fantastic too. It's super convenient for getting around, everything felt close by. Overall, a five-star experience!

This is an established five-star hotel with well-maintained facilities. The location is convenient, and the hotel is clean with warm, attentive service. It's also very close to the Helong Sports Center, within walking distance. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Changsha.

The location was easy to find, with lots of food and drink options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money and very relaxing to stay here. This stay exceeded my expectations. Even though the hotel has been open for a while, its facilities are exceptionally well-maintained. The location in the city center is super convenient for getting around. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and I'm very grateful to Winnie for upgrading my room. The room was quiet and comfortable, and there's even a robot that delivers takeaways to your door. Check-out was smooth with friendly goodbyes from the staff. It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha. Highly recommend!

The room was satisfactory, and the hotel is located downtown, not far from Wuyi Square. Crystal provided warm and friendly service. I recommend staying here.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but thankfully the hygiene is good, and it's quite quiet. I didn't try the breakfast. Personally, I think the 116 price point is a bit expensive. Overall, I'd give the hardware a 4.5 out of 5. The front desk service was quite good, a definite plus, I'd rate it 4.7.

The hotel is in a prime downtown location, very close to Wuyi Square, Huangxing South Road Pedestrian Street, Tianxin Pavilion, and Baisha Ancient Well. It's definitely worth checking out! Huogong Palace is also nearby.
