Hotels in Gangnam, Seoul

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Gangnam. We didn't use the subway, so being close to a station wasn't a priority for us. The hotel occupies an entire building, which gives it a complete and self-contained feel. There's also a parking platform, which is very convenient. The hotel service was fantastic across the board – concierge, front desk, and housekeeping were all excellent. The rooms are also quite spacious. The biggest issue is that the rooms are a bit dated; the plain white walls and overall decor feel very old-fashioned, almost like a state-owned hotel from a smaller Chinese city. I hope you understand what I mean by that.

Location of the hotel is good, yet hotel it self is an old building, if you dont like dirty carpet and old style building then i suggest you to go elsewhere. I didnt mind taking the price option, it was the lowest in the area. Checking in and check out process was a bit confusing, pretty much no one is there to help you but fully automated by kiosk. Which i didnt know prior to arriving and waited at counter for some time. It would be better if there was a clear explanation made before arriving.

It’s a small but well equipped hotel. A bit of a walk from Gangnam, but that allows for a quieter and more relaxing sleep. Staff are professional and helpful, doing their best to accommodate my English speaking. The room was quite toasty, which was a relief from the cold weather but perhaps a bit too hot. There was also a support pillar taking up space right next to my bed, a small issue but a bit logistically annoying. They had free skin care and other cleanliness supplies. Would stay again!

Honestly one of the best place Ive stayed in Korea so far. They had good service wrote in to request for early check in on the day we arrived. They checked and managed to pull through for us. The room is small but there is still sufficient space for 2 crazy shoppers.  Overall good experience cleanliness was top notch and I am glad to have my stay there.

The hotel employee was very thoughtful and provided us with free room upgrade and a slice of cake because of our wedding anniversary. That was very considerate and nice gesture. Also warm water in the pool was a big bonus. However, there are few things I would like to point out which are important for us as a family traveling with a kid: 1) children are not allowed to play screen golf. That was upsetting since we never had such issue at other hotels. Also you need to reserve time slot first, which doesn’t work for people who came to Seoul for tourism or leisure purposes. 2) children are only allowed to enter pool until 17:00. That’s extremely strange since many people check in after 15:00 and there would be no time to swim at all in that case. Also people mainly prefer to do shopping and sightseeing and relax at pool when they return in the evening. So this restriction is very strange for us. In that case hotel needs to either notify the guests during reservation or turn it into “adults only” hotel. 3) hotel has a very strict check in check out rules: 15:00 check in and 11:00 check out, not 30 min later/earlier; while standard international check in is 14:00 and check out 12:00. Usually hotels especially 5 stars hotels are very flexible and let guests check in 1-2h earlier if the guests already arrived and would allow them check out 30min-1h later without any issue. 4) Gym and pool close at 21:30. That’s very early compare to other hotels, where facilities usually work until 23:00 and sometimes even 24h. 5) Gym, sauna and pool are not exclusive to the hotel guests only. Anybody with paid membership can enter, which makes it crowded and inconvenient for hotel guests, especially on holidays and weekends. Also you need to take 2 different lifts and walk by the bridge to get there (basically it’s not the same building as hotel) I would say it’s not a 5 star hotel, but more like a premium residence, that is suitable for a long term stay without children.

The hotel is quite close to the subway, located between two subway stations. We could walk to the aesthetics clinic. The room was spacious. The 'two-bed room' actually had one large bed, not two single beds, which was a pleasant surprise. It offers great value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again next time. There are several convenience stores right next to the hotel, which is super handy. It's also not far from Seongsu-dong, a shopping paradise.

Great service, excellent facilities, and the bed was especially comfortable. The AC/heating worked perfectly, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!

Convenient location, perfect for solo travelers! Location: Situated between two subway stations with lots of nearby dining options and convenience stores. Room Layout: A duplex/loft style. The lower level has the bathroom and a small sofa area (enough space to open one suitcase; best for 1 person). The upper level is the bedroom (steep stairs—not recommend for elderly or those with mobility issues) Amenities: Large TVs on both levels. Towels, water, and basic amenities are provided. Cleanliness is decent. Service: Great customer support via WeChat. They can easily arrange room cleaning and help book airport transportation. 房間：5 服務：5 地點：4

The hotel is right by Starfield Library, just a few steps away. There are tons of restaurants around the corner, some opening as early as 7 AM, which makes finding food super convenient. Lotte World Mall in Jamsil is only a few subway stops away too. The hotel price was pretty good value for money. The room wasn't huge, but that was expected! Service was also good! And they offer luggage storage.

The service was excellent. I was able to check in right upon arrival, and the room on the floor I requested was available. The front desk even offered Chinese-speaking staff. There was absolutely no noise audible from the 18th floor. Getting around couldn't be easier. The entrance to Line 2 is directly across from the hotel entrance – practically in your face – making it super convenient to get anywhere. The pool was open from 6:30 AM to 10 AM, and I went for a swim every morning. It's not huge, but perfectly adequate. The elevators weren't an issue at all. You can transfer at the 24th-floor front desk or the 23rd-floor club. Every time the concierge saw a guest approaching, they'd swiftly press the elevator button in advance, so I never had to wait long. I ordered multiple takeaways every day, and the concierge reliably collected them for me. They were a lifesaver for late-night snacks!
