We had a wonderful stay at The Betsy. The hotel offers beautiful amenities, including a lovely pool area, beach service with comfortable chairs and umbrellas, and a great atmosphere right on South Beach. The property is elegant, well maintained, and the staff consistently went above and beyond.
Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the team handled it exceptionally well. They responded quickly, found a great solution, upgraded our room, and even reimbursed part of our first night for the inconvenience. Their outstanding customer service and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction truly impressed us.
The Betsy combines luxury, excellent amenities, and top-notch service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami Beach.
