If you are self-driving, this can be an excellent hotel for you with a good view of the Osaka bay, big room, free parking (if you join as their member) and a good breakfast package. There is also a good Yakiniku restaurant at the same premise of the hotel and we highly recommend you to visit a Yakitori restaurant which offers excellent deals at the nearby ATC mall.

Stayed here while visiting Universal. It was easy to get to by taxi, and the hotel also offers a free shuttle to the city center, which takes about 30 minutes. The price was good, the room was spacious, and it smelled great!

All staff understand and speak simple English which makes communication smooth ⚠️Only one staff we met at the main entrance of hotel she was rude ( I think she was handling the free shuttle bus and when we ask where the bus going she refused to answer and chase us away 🤷🏻♀️) Oh and the Room Cleaner can understand English too and is very polite and friendly 👍 Room is really big and clean However we couldn’t find any convenient store nearby Location is far away from city center but near airport

After some positive experience from their Tokyo branches, I decided to try Grand Prince Osaka Bay during my stay in Osaka. There is a shuttle bus from Kansai International Airport directly to the hotel, there are buses from the hotel to Osaka station and it's within walking distance to ATC, Cosmosquare and Nakafuto (the closest) metro stations. The hotel is perfect if you plan to catch a ferry or if you want to be away from the busy areas of Osaka. The environment is spacious, with a few restaurants, cafes, and a shop to plan weddings. The hotel overall is clean and the staff are attentive. Highly recommend!

Facilities: The room was spacious and quiet, with a sea view right from the window when the curtains were open. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with daily room cleaning. Environment: Convenient transportation, very close to the subway, many restaurants around, a Lawson convenience store right on B1, a 7-Eleven across the street, and Universal Studios nearby. Service: The staff were polite and enthusiastic. Overall, a great stay!
