Facilities are decent, though not brand new. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the city center, and it's a much better value than staying near Merlion Park. Service was good too; the staff speak Chinese, which was very convenient.

The room was pretty decent, especially for Singapore. It offered good value for money, and I have to highlight that the breakfast was truly excellent. For an international hotel, it was very friendly towards Chinese guests, offering many Hong Kong-style options. My kids loved it, which was great. The service was also quite good. I booked through Trip.com, and no deposit was required. Check-out was very fast, and the location is quite good too. Next time I'm in Singapore, I'd definitely be happy to stay here again.

Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene was terrible. The bathtub had sand in it, the pillows had obvious stains, and when someone came to change the bedding, the duvet cover had bloodstains.
