Good location, beside subway entrance

An enjoyable stay , will book it again !

Hotel is priding itself in being the oldest continuous operating hotel in the city. It is at a nice place and easily accessible by various trains, including PATH and A/E trains from the airports. Service is ok for New York. Some rooms are not easily accessible and the walkways feel a bit tiny. Breakfast is pretty standard and has to be paid through a so called facility fee.

This is a nice boutique hotel with a gym equipped with a Paleton. It has a nice bar. Its breakfast was good with a variety of food options. It is very close to the SoHo area. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Great location. Nice and super friendly staff and check in. Rooms are oke but small. I think that the Frederick Hotel is a bit overpriced. Breakfast is really excellent. So is the restaurant!!! Good place to stay.

Clean room, nice large bathroom. Good location, the 1 train is directly outside, and the ABC is not far, it made getting to JFK via subway very easy.

The place is in poor working order and the staff are extremely poorly trained. The first room the AC broke and there was nothing the staff could do to fix it. Our second room had a massive flood light set up on the wall outside our window lighting up our whole room at night and making it hard to sleep. First night, they don’t know how to turn it off. Second night, someone DOES know and we learn management put it there to illuminate their sign..? The AC was rattling loudly, the shower had two bottles of shampoo instead of any body wash, the lotion was empty, and the staff were generally pretty apathetic. We also noticed several other guests moving rooms, some as many as three times by their telling. Overall, pretty building in a state od relative disrepair run by a very unprofessional and unimpressive team. Do not recommend.

Good value for the money. Excellent breakfast. This time around we got a very small room. Provided only three pillows for two people. Yet our stay was comfortable and we appreciate the complementary bottle of wine and free water. Overall, we had a pretty good stay.
