Wonderful experience. We were upgraded to Club floor without asking. Spacious room and well equipped. Room newly renovated. Complimentary fruit basket and (unlimited supply of bottlewater). Great pool and changing room (a highlight as my kids like it). No complaint at all and worths every penny. Highly recommended.

This is probably the only star-rated hotel near Luohu Port. Although the hotel's interior facilities are a bit dated, they still feel very high quality. There's an underground passage directly connecting the hotel to Luohu Port. The staff were very enthusiastic and welcoming.

Loved my recent stay at Shangri-La Luohu and will be back soon. Outdoor pool, sauna, gym, and cold bath are top notch for recovery. Very relaxing day in the sun. ☀️

Close to the railway. The room is spacious and breakfast is good. The front desk staff could be more cheerful at the time of check in. Aging darkness around the bathtub was noticed, but acceptable.

Thr hotel is vert accessible from the metro. It is also surrounded with different restaurants and cibvenience store. The staff were all accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet offers good variety

Great location, very close to the metro, Shenzhen Station, and Luohu Port, making it super convenient to walk to. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the service attitude is also excellent. I hope they add smart home features in the future.

Second time visiting with my family — the location is excellent, just a short walk from Luo Wu Port and close to the Shangri-La Hotel. The reception staff at check-in were very nice, helpful, and spoke good English, which made the process smooth. The beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. My only suggestion would be to add more variety to the breakfast buffet, but overall, the experience was excellent.
