Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy Environment: Excellent Service: Excellent The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, the swimming pool water is crystal clear, and the gym is clean and well-maintained. The guest rooms are very quiet. The hotel is located quite close to the port, making trips to Hong Kong very convenient. It is also close to Shenzhen Railway Station, with a subway station right downstairs, making getting around a breeze. Looking forward to staying here again next time.

Check-in at the front desk was very quick and convenient. As an established 5-star hotel group member, I find it very convenient coming from the Hong Kong Luohu Port. I've stayed here many times; the rooms are clean, neat, comfortable, and hygienic, and the lighting is also very pleasant.

The room is well-equipped and comfortable, the service is attentive and meticulous, and the breakfast is rich, diverse, and unique. The front desk staff are diligent and thorough, handling any requests promptly—truly commendable.

The room was quite small, and the facilities were a bit old. The showerhead in the bathroom was oddly placed inside the bathtub, which itself was an old-fashioned one, probably about 25 cm high! The toilet seat was loose and hadn't been repaired. Overall, I felt it wasn't worth the price. The swimming pool is outdoors on the fifth floor. Small fruits from the trees kept falling into the water, and the lifeguard couldn't keep up with scooping them out, so they just stayed there.

The front desk staff, particularly Mr. Cheng, was incredibly helpful! He managed to find us connecting rooms and even king-sized beds for both families. Our kids had a fantastic time playing together. The coffee at the lobby bar was delicious, and it was great that we could book the pool and sauna exclusively. This was a truly delightful National Day experience.

Aside from the good location, there's nothing else positive to say. The facilities are extremely old, the bathtub looks like a fish tank, and the room door had no power. I was stuck outside for 30 minutes and was eventually offered a very cheap fruit platter as compensation.
