CYBO Station SSAW Shangpin Hotel Luohu Shenzhen

The hotel is close to Dongmen Old Street, which is great for shopping. The cold shower was very refreshing, and the breakfast was quite tasty, especially the egg rice rolls. However, the staff were rather cold and indifferent, never smiling. I hope they improve their service attitude.

This stay was absolutely fantastic, five stars, no doubt! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 First off, the hotel's service was impeccable. Every day, an auntie would meticulously clean our room, making sure it was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The location is also super convenient. It's about an 11-minute walk to Dongmen Old Street, and the moment you step out of the hotel, you're right at the subway station (Hubei Station), making it easy to get anywhere. What truly impressed me was the service attitude of every single staff member. Each one was incredibly friendly, always with a smile on their face. No matter what issues we encountered, they went above and beyond to help us resolve them, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well-cared for. We happened to be there during a heavy downpour in Shenzhen, and the hotel thoughtfully provided umbrellas for guests to borrow. This small detail really made a difference and showed that the hotel genuinely thinks from the guests' perspective. Overall, whether it was the service, cleanliness, location, or thoughtfulness, everything exceeded our expectations. This is a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again and would recommend to friends and family. Next time we're in Shenzhen, we'll certainly choose this place again!

Everyone was really friendly, and the rooms were clean. They even provide two free coffees per room! I'd definitely choose this place again, especially since the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent.

The hotel's breakfast was quite good, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as freshly made wontons and noodle soup. It catered well to different guests' preferences. They even gave a cute little gift upon check-out.

A special thanks to Auntie Wu from the 10th floor! Our three-night stay this time was truly made special by Auntie Wu on the 10th floor! She took care of us like family, making our trip feel incredibly warm and personal. Auntie Wu was incredibly observant; she remembered I drink a lot of water every day and always proactively refilled our high-quality, perfectly portioned drinking water. She even went out of her way to ask, 'Do you have enough water to drink?' I was truly touched by her thoughtfulness. My friend accidentally left packaging waste all over the room, and I felt quite embarrassed. But to my surprise, Auntie Wu cleaned the entire room spotless in record time. Her professionalism was outstanding! The best part was that every morning when we left the room, Auntie Wu would greet us with a genuine, happy smile. That kind of warmth and familiarity truly made us feel like we weren't staying in a cold hotel, but rather like we were returning home, surrounded by the warmth of family. Because of Auntie Wu, our trip was so much more enjoyable! If we ever come back to stay, we'll definitely choose the 10th floor again! Thank you again, Auntie Wu, for your care these past few days ❤️!
