Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen

I've been a loyal customer for over ten years, always booking a suite because the price is reasonable and the location is convenient. The facilities, however, could use some improvement. For example, when ordering takeout, I have to go downstairs to pick it up, which involves taking two different elevators. Nowadays, most hotels have robot delivery services! Also, could you consider adding some facilities to the booking process? This time, we couldn't book a suite because they only come with one king-size bed, which isn't suitable for a family of three (with a child over 11). Why, with such large spaces, isn't an extra bed service available? Or perhaps some suites could offer twin beds? This time, I booked a twin room, and while the space was adequate, the beds weren't big enough, only 1.1 meters wide (they should be at least 1.3 meters). I hope your hotel can improve these aspects! That would surely bring in even more customers!!

For the past eight years, whenever I'm in Shenzhen, I usually stay here because I find it very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is abundant with a wide variety of food choices. However, in the last two years, I've started to notice that the facilities are getting a bit old. For example, the pillows are too flat and not as comfortable as the memory foam or deep sleep pillows found in other hotels. It's also become harder to find rooms with a sofa bed when booking online, which is inconvenient when traveling with family.

The hotel offers excellent service and boasts a prime location, making check-in a breeze. Overall, my experience was quite good. It's well-suited for both business and family trips, and I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel manager, Jackie, provided excellent service. The doormen were also incredibly helpful, always pressing the elevator button in advance and assisting with luggage to the car. The hotel is surrounded by shops, making it a lively area!

This is my second stay at this hotel. The location is super convenient, right next to the 1234 mall. The service is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. It's definitely a hotel worth staying at! 👍🏻
