Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the RM1,579 I paid for 2 nights.
The first issue started at check-in when I was assigned a wheelchair-accessible room without anyone asking if I required one. I had to go back to reception and request a room change. This should never happen, especially for a hotel that claims to provide quality service.
Housekeeping was equally disappointing. On the second day, the coffee capsules were not replenished, which is a basic amenity that should have been checked automatically.
To make things worse, the hotel downgraded the slippers. I received comfortable cotton slippers on the first day, but on the second day they were replaced with cheap paper slippers. It gave the impression that the hotel was cutting corners on guest experience.
For a stay costing nearly RM1,600, I expected professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail. Instead, I encountered poor room allocation, inconsistent housekeeping, and declining service standards. Unfortunately, this hotel did not deliver the quality expected for the price, and I would not recommend it.
