Hilton Beijing Wangfujing

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay – Excellent Service and a Team That Truly Cares We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing and would happily give the hotel five stars. The hotel is very well located, but what really made our stay memorable was the service from the team. Although we experienced a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay, the way the staff responded and worked to resolve everything was excellent. Throughout the rest of our stay, the team consistently demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness and genuine care. A very special thank you to Elton and Jeff, the Hotel Duty Managers, who were there when we needed assistance and went out of their way to help resolve our issues. We greatly appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness and commitment to making sure we were well looked after. We would also like to give special recognition to Elvis, the Concierge Manager, who looked after us extremely well throughout our stay. We had several courier packages and deliveries arriving at the hotel, and Elvis was very helpful in coordinating everything and making sure our packages were properly taken care of. Special thanks also to Landon and Tony from the Concierge team, who assisted us with receiving, handling and delivering our courier packages. They were always helpful, friendly and responsive, and their assistance made things much easier for us during our stay. What stood out to us most was that the team genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. Problems can occasionally happen at any hotel, but it is how the team responds that makes the difference, and the Hilton Beijing Wangfujing team handled everything very well. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay in Beijing so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning on our next visit to Beijing. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I want to start with the positives about the hotel. The shower is GREAT. It ruined all other showers for us forever: great pressure, lots of water. The concierge service was a highlight. We had a lot of packages delivered, and the concierges were attentive and careful with each one of them. Tony in particular was fantastic. He helped us return a package via Taobao, handled the entire process for us, and was very friendly throughout. 5 stars. The location was very convenient, near the Wangfujing pedestrian street with lots of stores. Where things didn't go so well was the tour we booked through the hotel. We booked Peony Tours trip to the Great Wall at Mutianyu, which was very expensive (¥2680). On the way back, our guide (Wang) took us to a tea shop described as "government-backed" (see photo of the storefront). We paid ¥680 for tea that, after some research, we believe was heavily overpriced (~4x. The tea was in an open generic box, with no brand, no information about the tea on the package that was inside). We've since learned that "government-backed" is a common sales line at commission-based shopping stops. I probably should have been more skeptical, but when you book an expensive tour through your hotel, you shouldn't have to be on guard against your own guide. If you book a tour, avoid shopping stops at any cost (even if they are inside the venue). I'd also encourage the hotel to check this with the tour companies it recommends.

Perfect hotel for business trip and meetings in the lobby,

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Wangfujing Street, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major attractions like the Forbidden City. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, with comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of both Chinese and international dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were well maintained and added to the overall experience. Overall, Hilton Beijing Wangfujing is an excellent choice for both families and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing.
