Aromatic Hotel with Snow Mountain View

This is my second time staying at Ruixi. Its location in Yuhu Village is very convenient, and the two staff members were warm and attentive. The scenery is beautiful, and today, when I checked out, the hotel directly arranged for a driver to take us to the airport. It was a great experience.

This guesthouse is incredibly peaceful and quiet, the atmosphere is just perfect! Li from the front desk was super warm and attentive, and even upgraded our room for free. The room had a lovely, high-end scent, which really enhanced our stay. In the evening, the traditional Naxi tea ceremony around the stove, accompanied by live music, was so relaxing and therapeutic. This will definitely be our top choice for accommodation whenever we visit! 🌹

This Naxi stone courtyard, nestled in the mountains, is incredibly therapeutic! The mountain-view rooms offer direct views of the natural landscape, instantly washing away all fatigue. The courtyard is filled with lush greenery, creating a secret forest-like retreat. In your free time, you can leisurely enjoy tea by the fireplace. The front desk staff are highly efficient, responding quickly to any issues, making my stay comfortable and worry-free.

This guesthouse is a rustic wooden courtyard, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine during the day, enjoying the views. It's ideal for couples, friends, or families. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making it clean and bright – very reassuring to stay in. It's incredibly close to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, so you don't have to rush out early. You can sleep in and then take your time heading out. You can even see the 'Golden Mountain' sunrise glow on the snow-capped peaks right from your bed; waking up to a mountain view is truly delightful. The materials and decor have a natural, rustic feel. Every corner of the courtyard and rooms is incredibly photogenic; you'll get great shots effortlessly! Breakfast is substantial, featuring Yunnan rice noodles, congee, eggs, corn, and more. It's delicious and healthy, with thoughtful details. If you're visiting Lijiang and want to explore the snow mountain, stay somewhere quiet and comfortable, and have a great experience, then this place is definitely worth trying!

The room is conveniently located next to the parking lot of the Yuhu Cultural Tourism Center, making transportation very easy. The environment is elegant, and the fragrant aroma is a unique feature. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the 'Golden Mountain at Sunset' phenomenon, though I wasn't so fortunate. For a longer walk, you can head up past the parking lot, through the cultural tourism center's commercial street, and reach Longnv Lake in about half an hour.

The service was really bad. The courtyard environment was okay, but the room itself was terrible. The curtains couldn't be fully closed, and the fireplace was just for show, not functional. The board next to the bed was loose, and you could easily trip. Ctrip stated that a two-night stay included a complimentary airport transfer, but they charged us for it. The breakfast dumplings were cold, and the staff seemed to ignore us when we called them. Honestly, Lijiang guesthouses are generally very good. Unless you specifically want to stay in Yuhu, there's no need to book this place. We booked a room for over 800 yuan a night, but it was nowhere near 800-yuan quality. It felt more like a 200-300 yuan guesthouse, perhaps even worse than some of the 200-300 yuan guesthouses in Shuhe and Dayan. Don't be fooled by the misleading photos; the room looked like a rental apartment.
