Four Seasons Hotel Macao

Overall, the Four Seasons is good. Breakfast gets a bit too crowded, but it's in a prime location. The value for money is decent, and the service is standardized.

A quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, the pool and spa were practically private. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they even prepared a welcome gift for my child upon check-in – I was genuinely impressed! The location is great, though getting a taxi in Macau in general can be a bit of a hassle. This is definitely a hotel I'd love to stay at again in the future. Highly recommended!

The hotel is a bit old, but as a long-standing establishment, their service is truly excellent. The location is prime, making it convenient to get anywhere, and it's super easy to find places to eat and shop. The service attitude is also really good!

The room was pretty good, with a nice view of The Londoner at night. The public pool area was beautiful and had a great resort vibe. The service was very warm, and the hotel staff generally had high standards. The service at the various restaurants was excellent, and the food was decent. They were also able to accommodate our one-year-old with baby food. The only downside was that the pillows had a musty smell.

Over three thousand a night for a room that was stinky and stuffy. I was covered in bug bites. The hotel manager saw them himself, but only offered a few ointments and said the issue was resolved. They refused to give any discount or refund on the room rate despite repeated complaints. This is completely inconsistent with the Four Seasons brand. It's garbage, and I will never stay at any Four Seasons hotel again!

The hotel housekeeping was quite frequent, so kudos to the service staff. However, the facilities felt a bit outdated, and the bedding was yellowed and old. Breakfast was a nightmare, with almost an hour-long wait due to the crowds, which wasn't great with kids. On the upside, the location is very convenient for shopping.

I'm incredibly disappointed with my repeated stays at the Four Seasons! Not because of its service or quality, but because of items I left behind: a power bank and a pair of smart earphones, with a total value of 1600. I checked in on August 19th and checked out on the 20th. On the evening of the 20th, I realized I'd left them behind and immediately contacted the hotel, but they claimed they didn't have them 😂. This is what truly disappoints me. I am absolutely certain I stayed in room 803; the power bank was on the bedside table, and the earphones were on the small round table. I had just gotten a new phone, and the earphones wouldn't connect, so I took them out and placed them on the small round table. When I went to bed, my watch needed charging, so I put it on the right bedside table! These were such obvious places, yet they claimed nothing was there. This is the most unexpected thing that has happened during my stays at the Four Seasons. I don't know if it was the male cleaner who took them, as he went to clean the room right after we checked out. In any case, I never expected the Four Seasons to conceal a guest's belongings.
