Four Seasons Hotel Macao

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. Hygiene: It's very clean. Environment: The environment is great. Service: When checking in at the front desk, I specifically requested a smoking room, and there were matches specially placed in the ashtray. I was very satisfied with the room's orientation. After we went out for dinner, we returned to find many thoughtful touches: a special cloth was placed under my glasses, the phone charger was neatly coiled, luggage was placed on the luggage rack, and mineral water was arranged by the bedside. There were also many eco-friendly touches in the room. The most satisfying thing was the bedding; it was truly super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was also excellent! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent! This is an established five-star hotel with very spacious rooms and magnificent decor. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. It's super convenient for shopping, with the Seasons Place mall right upstairs. Plus, it's easy to get to The Parisian, The Londoner, and The Venetian – you don't even have to go outside; there's a connected shopping street that links them all.

Kelly's attitude was excellent, from check-in to every small detail. The outdoor pool on the first floor also offers great photo opportunities. My wife absolutely loved it. All the staff at the Four Seasons were very friendly, making for a fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The location is super convenient for getting around, saving time and hassle whether I was shopping or exploring. The hotel service was excellent; the staff were friendly and responded quickly to any requests. The pool was clean and well-maintained with good water quality, making it a pleasant place to relax. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit.

Quiet yet centrally located, I loved it. Pros: 1️⃣ Great view: The room overlooks The Londoner Macao. 2️⃣ Low foot traffic: Although it's next to three major properties, the foot traffic here is significantly less, making it very quiet with no queues (I really appreciated this!). 3️⃣ Excellent service: They provided mooncakes on Mid-Autumn Festival, and whether I called the front desk or encountered staff, they addressed me as Ms. [Last Name], which was a pleasant surprise. 4️⃣ Guests get 25% off the dinner buffet at Zi Yat Heen, which works out cheaper than booking through Dianping. Cons: 1️⃣ Many of the service staff are foreign, so you might need to use English (the front desk staff all speak Mandarin). 2️⃣ The room is small, and no comb is provided. 3️⃣ All the water is in cans, which isn't very convenient for people with long nails.

Four Seasons Hotel Macao has always been my top choice when I visit Macau. Both the service and the environment meet five-star standards. What I remember most vividly are the incredibly friendly front desk staff, a gentleman and a lady. Seeing that I had a baby with me, they arranged for early check-in and late check-out, and even provided diapers and baby supplies. I'm very grateful for their help.

Having stayed here multiple times, I already know and choose Four Seasons for its many advantages. The female staff member who helped us with the free shuttle from the ferry terminal, Ms. Kelly who made a great first impression and was incredibly kind from check-in, and Ms. Ka who, after hearing me mumble "it's cold" to myself when entering the breakfast restaurant, brought a shawl to my table – these were truly touching moments. Plus, she spoke Korean quite well! Not a single staff member, whether in the sauna or anywhere else, was anything but friendly. Because of this, I'd rate it even higher than its excellent sauna, swimming pool, and delicious breakfast restaurant. It's a place I happily return to again and again. I'll be back soon! Oh, and I'm hoping for some changes to the room service menu. Haha.

This stay was for my daughter's birthday. I left a note when booking, and when we returned to the room that evening, we found a surprise! My daughter was so happy! Thank you, Kelly, for the handwritten birthday card, it was a lovely touch! The hotel front desk service was attentive and thoughtful, with our luggage delivered directly to the room. The room decor was stylish and very clean. The coffee machine was excellent, and the coffee quality was good too 👍 The bedding was, as always, very comfortable! I absolutely love their Pomelo scented bath amenities! The Four Seasons Hotel Macao's location is very convenient for accessing The Londoner and The Parisian. The shopping mall corridors within the hotel are all connected! Even in summer, you don't have to worry about the sun, and you can enjoy shopping and browsing!

Rooms, dining, pool, and service were all absolutely satisfactory. Next time I visit Macau, I will definitely stay at the Four Seasons Hotel again. There's a dedicated shuttle service from the ferry terminal, so no need to worry. After checking in, every staff member greeted us with a smile, offering warm service and a great attitude.
