The biggest plus of this hotel is its incredibly close proximity to the scenic spots – just a few minutes' walk away. The room size was a bit cramped, but I did like the simple and refreshing wooden decor. However, the soundproofing was really subpar. I could hear the front desk staff chatting all the way up in my third-floor room. While I'm sure the staff didn't intend for their conversations to be so loud, it was definitely disruptive to guests. The most unacceptable thing, though, was a staff member opening my room door and walking in without knocking. I never received a reasonable explanation from the hotel even when I checked out. Plus, the windows in the room were dusty, and there was hair left on the shower walls. For a price that's nearly four figures, I really felt it wasn't worth it.

Complimentary coffee in the lobby: Yes, self-service in the atrium. The room was clean with a good separation of wet and dry areas. You can see the 'Golden Mountain' (small scale) from the window in the afternoon sun. It's just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area entrance and also a few minutes to dining options, which is quite convenient.

The service was very welcoming. When I arrived by car, the parking attendant moved one of the hotel's vehicles so I could park mine. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the scenic area entrance.

This hotel is excellent! It's super close to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance, only about a 6-7 minute walk. The hotel has a understated luxury vibe, perfect for families with kids, and the breakfast is really good too.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center. The environment is beautiful, and you can enjoy the scenery right from the bay window. The room was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. The front desk service was attentive, making for a much better-than-expected experience!

I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM and thought the tatami room was quite cozy. However, the next morning, I pulled back the curtains to find a construction site right outside—no view at all, just a pile of rebar and concrete. That wasn't a huge deal, as the location was convenient and I only needed to sleep there for a night. But what really bothered me was waking up with bites around my belly button and groin, likely from fleas or mites. They were incredibly itchy, red, and swollen. I might have overlooked this issue if it were a 200 or 300 yuan hotel, but for a hotel charging over 700 yuan, getting covered in red welts is unacceptable! I hope the hotel can improve its bedding hygiene. Jiuzhaigou attracts tourists from all over the country, and I hope you take this seriously so that guests who choose your hotel can stay comfortably and with peace of mind.

After comparing several hotels and guesthouses, everyone recommended this one for its proximity to the scenic area's main entrance, and it certainly didn't disappoint—it's just a 5-6 minute walk. We booked a family room, which was incredibly spacious with a simple, modern decor. The service was also excellent; when I experienced some altitude sickness the next day, they proactively offered an oxygen tank, which was a huge relief! 👍
