I booked two nights here because I saw good reviews online. The room itself was just okay, but it lacked basic amenities; there wasn't even a place to store extra pillows! Online reviews mentioned snacks in the room, but I didn't see any during my two-day stay. And as for complimentary souvenirs, all I got were two bottles of mineral water. Honestly, for over 600, the value for money is just too low! I could hear the sound of the river all night. Then there's the breakfast. As soon as I entered the restaurant, the staff kept asking for my room number, one after another! It felt very unpleasant. If you don't trust your guests, just issue breakfast coupons! The breakfast variety was average, but today, when I got soy milk, there were bugs in it! Who would dare eat that? I asked the waitress, but she acted like she didn't hear me and just said, 'That's how it is!' It's absolutely outrageous! Also, regarding the pick-up service, if it's a paid service, why bother listing it in a way that suggests it might be free? Someone like me, who doesn't read carefully, might think it's a complimentary pick-up. It feels like a deception! If any friends go to Jiuzhai in the future, I will definitely warn them to avoid this place. There are many other good hotels nearby! Absolutely do not stay here!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the scenic area entrance, which saves a lot of time getting in and out. The hotel facilities are complete, clean, and hygienic. The breakfast is rich and delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff are warm and attentive. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is quite good, very close to the gully entrance. Walking a few minutes in the opposite direction will take you to the commercial area, so the location is excellent! The hotel's decor is simple and comfortable, and the overall service is good. It was a very pleasant experience!

Superb! It's the third closest hotel to the valley entrance. The front desk kindly upgraded our room, and it was very quiet. Unfortunately, I didn't bring a swimsuit, so I missed out on the hot springs. However, the breakfast was delicious. Overall, it's definitely worth the price.

This hotel is the closest to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, just under a 9-minute walk in the morning. The hotel is also conveniently located near Zangwang Square, where you can find all sorts of food. It's a convenient choice for a trip to Jiuzhaigou.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the scenic area entrance, saving us time on taxis and traffic jams in the morning. Although it's a bit pricey, the convenience is definitely worth it. The hotel breakfast also gave us a chance to try ******* barley bread and yak butter tea. Without the pressure of sales promotions, we could really appreciate the local food in a relaxed setting. The hotel offers spa and sauna facilities, a gym, washing machines, and dryers. Just a few minutes' walk upriver from the hotel, there are many restaurants, and a post-meal stroll along the river is very pleasant.
