Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel

COCO proactively contacted us the day before our stay to answer detailed questions, which was very helpful! Our trip to the Renaissance Jinmao truly felt like a home away from home! Our family was very satisfied, and they even accommodated our family's preference for buckwheat pillows, which was a great touch! Facilities: The suite was very cozy! Perfect for a family of three! The executive lounge also exceeded expectations, with an unbeatable view! The light meals were very satisfying and suited my family's taste. Cleanliness: Housekeeping was prompt and very clean. Environment: We were lucky to have great weather in Beijing, and the view outside the window was absolutely stunning (please see pictures). The transportation was also convenient, making it a good value for money given the location. Service: COCO was very enthusiastic, communicated and responded promptly, and provided incredibly thoughtful service! All the other staff members were also very warm and greeted us kindly. Furthermore, as we had elderly family members who arrived on an early flight that day, the hotel kindly opened up a private room for us to rest while waiting for our suite to be ready, which was extremely considerate.

Extremely satisfied! The hotel's location is very convenient for visiting the Forbidden City, Wangfujing, Beihai Park, and Tiananmen Square. The hotel environment is elegant. The service is very professional, thoughtful, and meticulous! The staff's attitude is professional and enthusiastic! The rooms are comfortable! A special thank you to Mia, Coco, and Lacey from the executive lounge! These ladies provided exceptionally professional service and assistance! The cocktails at the bar were also delicious 👍

The hotel staff provided excellent service, the room was very clean, and the pool was unusually large. The location is incredibly convenient, and the executive lounge offers panoramic views of the Forbidden City. I especially loved the ambiance created by the books in the lobby and the chime bells.

The staff were professional and provided excellent service. The room was clean and didn't have any strange odors, meeting expectations. The surrounding area is very nice, convenient for getting around, and lively. I highly recommend staying here. It offers great value for money and is definitely worth recommending! 👍

This hotel boasts an excellent location in Wangfujing. You can easily walk to Tiananmen Square, the Imperial Ancestral Temple, Jingshan Park, and the Forbidden City. Shichahai, Beihai Park, and Prince Gong's Mansion are just 2-3 subway stops away. The surrounding area, including Wangfujing Street and Dengshikou Street, offers a plethora of specialty restaurants like Siji Minfu, Sanhe Daoxiangcun, Zigongyuan, and Sanyuan Meiyuan. The best part is that some hotel rooms offer direct views of the Forbidden City, and the breakfast spread is extensive. Highly recommended!

I mainly came to see a concert at the Bird's Nest, and the hotel's proximity to Line 8 made it super convenient. The room was exceptionally clean, and I loved the bathroom setup, where I could take a bath and enjoy the city view. Breakfast was also very extensive. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel has an excellent location, comfortable and quiet rooms, and great service. During checkout, we had a minor issue that Linna at the front desk quickly resolved for us. We're very grateful! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Beijing.
