Choosing this hotel for our trip was such a smart decision! The location is fantastic, within walking distance to attractions, and there's an abundance of great food options nearby. Our room was clean and bright, with excellent soundproofing, so we could get a good rest after a day out. Mia, one of the staff members, was incredibly warm and even proactively recommended local must-see spots. It made getting around so easy, and the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend it to other travelers!

The hotel seemed understaffed, and housekeeping was incredibly slow. We arrived at 2 PM, and our room wasn't ready. We waited until after 3 PM, and it still hadn't been cleaned. We had to go to the front desk to follow up, and they eventually moved us to a different room. The front desk staff were quite nice, and the hotel environment itself was decent.

An older hotel, so the facilities aren't the most modern, but the service quality is consistently excellent and efficient – truly fantastic! The breakfast spread is extensive, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic. The location is incredibly convenient, with a subway entrance not far from the hotel. There are tons of options for dining and coffee with business partners, and convenience stores are plentiful. What I love most is how it's quiet despite being in a bustling area. I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

Had a really comfortable stay this time! The location is super convenient, the room was clean, and the bed was soft, so I got great rest. The front desk service was excellent, very thoughtful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and it was really handy that a robot delivered our takeout orders to the room. This hotel deserves a five-star rave! From the moment I checked in until I left, Mia provided exceptional and thoughtful service. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, I couldn't hear any noise from the corridor at all. The toiletries were comprehensive, and all the facilities were brand new and worked perfectly. Parking was easy and convenient, and the location offered great transport links. Overall, it felt cozy and welcoming, truly a home away from home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

The facilities were excellent and well-equipped. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and provided great service. The breakfast was delicious and healthy, and everything was spotless.

Booked three rooms, and the hotel's front desk service was absolutely amazing! So attentive, warm, and thoughtful. Not only was the check-in process quick, but they also very kindly upgraded all three of our rooms. We were pleasantly surprised upon entering – the rooms were spacious and bright, with new facilities and comfortable bedding. Definitely a five-star review from me; I'll choose to stay here again whenever I'm in Nanshan.
