Chimelong Panda Hotel

I had quite low expectations after reading some reviews online, but I was actually very pleasantly surprised. The room had all the elements my kids love and it was spotless. They even provided amenities for a family of four, including a sterilizer. Although we checked in late, we were able to store our luggage. On the first floor, there are souvenir shops and Li-Ning apparel. The second floor features Crocs and a photo booth that girls would love. If you're not planning on eating at the buffet, the food court on the first floor has plenty of options. Hotel guests also get to enter the zoo half an hour early, so you can easily explore the whole zoo in one morning!

After booking through Ctrip this time, I found that the same package was about 300 yuan more expensive than another platform (Flggy), which is not a small price difference. Plus, a change in the package caused some unpleasantness. I didn't experience the platform's advantages or VIP services at all. I've always trusted and supported Ctrip, but this time, it really got on my nerves. Back to the hotel and park itself: In terms of entertainment, it's still probably the top resort park in South China. The park's scale is immense, and the variety of attractions exceeds expectations, covering a very wide range. However, my child is barely 1.2 meters tall and only weighs 19.75 kg, which meant that the few thrilling rides they could potentially go on were strictly off-limits. They were really strict about the height and weight restrictions. The Aviary and Safari Park were favorites with the child, and the water park was also good. Hotel hygiene: Overall good, group management is online. Park environment: Excellent ecological environment. Service: Online, but the park is genuinely huge, and there are so many visitors, so often you have to wait. I suggest providing a comprehensive guide to each park's attractions and specific introductions upon check-in, guiding guests on where to find this information about their stay and activities. Hotel facilities: Didn't inspect the public areas in great detail, but they seemed good; the in-room decor standards aren't particularly high, and some materials like wallpaper on walls and cabinet doors show significant signs of wear and tear. The hardware standard of a single room might be comparable to a hotel like [redacted] after four or five years of operation.

Planning a one-stop visit to Chimelong Park, we started our trip by staying at the Chimelong Panda Hotel. The entire stay was comfortable and pleasant. Panda-themed elements are visible everywhere in the hotel. The building's design is lively and childlike. The lobby is bright and airy with good views, offering a refreshing and comfortable visual experience. The interior decoration is exquisite and novel, with clever details throughout. Public areas are regularly disinfected and cleaned, ensuring excellent overall hygiene. The elevators are clean and odor-free, running smoothly with low noise. Directional signs are well-distributed, making it easy to navigate between the park and guest rooms without getting lost. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient in handling check-in procedures. The check-out process is quick and time-saving, ensuring ample time for park visits. Employees are proactive and enthusiastic in their service, readily offering assistance to guests. Luggage storage is well-managed, making personal item storage and retrieval safe and convenient. The housekeeping team is highly efficient in addressing requests, ensuring thorough and complete room cleaning.

The day before check-in, a butler proactively contacted us on WeChat to explain the check-in process and suggest sightseeing routes. Check-in is usually at 3 PM, but we could drop off our luggage earlier and go explore. The hotel is decorated with panda themes throughout, and there's a shop and a small kids' play area. We were initially checked into a 'Shuai Shuai King Room' near the elevator, which was too noisy due to constant foot traffic. After informing the butler, they immediately moved us to another room and upgraded us to a 'Prince Family Room.' The service was excellent, really commendable! 👍 However, this new room had a sealed window, meaning no ventilation, and there was a lingering odor in the room. They also extended our check-out time by two hours, so overall, the service was good. 👍 The hotel's environment and facilities are great, and they provide kids' toothbrushes, slippers, and bathrobes, making it perfect for families.

Absolutely fantastic! The hotel environment is great, and the service attitude is excellent. You can see white peacocks, macaws, black and white swans in the hotel lobby. The room is clean, tidy, and very whimsical, which my kids absolutely loved. The room decor, as the name suggests, was very bright and stylish. It was impeccably clean and very quiet. Getting to all the attractions was super convenient, especially for beating the crowds on popular attractions that usually have long queues. The dedicated customer service was also very prompt and attentive in answering questions. Great value for money, highly recommend!

This was my first time at Chimelong Panda Hotel, and as soon as I entered the lobby, I was captivated by the panda-themed decor everywhere. My 3-year-old was especially curious and excited. After checking in, we went to our room, and my child absolutely loved the playful, child-friendly design. The hotel staff were all very kind, attentive, and welcoming. The buffet was also incredibly diverse and delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
