Chimelong Panda Hotel

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in with my kids over the years, severely underperforming for its price! It took an hour just to check in and store luggage at the lobby! The room was also exceptionally small, and the balcony door was locked. I had to call the front desk to send someone up to unlock it, so frustrating! The bathroom was tiny; the glass between the shower and toilet was transparent! Breakfast wasn't good either, hardly anything to eat! We stayed for 4 days in total on this trip to Chimelong, and the first two days were at the Chimelong Hotel. There's really no comparison – what a difference! I strongly advise against staying here. I paid 3000 yuan/day for this kind of experience, definitely a bad review!

We booked a 3-day, 2-night package for two, including unlimited access to four parks with multiple entries and exits, which was incredibly convenient for getting around. It's a very kid-friendly option, making it less stressful for moms. The only thing to note is that delivery drivers can't directly bring food to rooms when staying inside the park; this wasn't communicated beforehand, but the hotel staff helped resolve it.

The hotel is located within the Chimelong Tourist Resort, covering an area of 80,000 square meters. It's right next to Chimelong Paradise and Chimelong Safari Park, with Chimelong International Circus just a stone's throw away. Getting to Chimelong Water Park is also very convenient. There's a direct walkway from the hotel to Chimelong Paradise, saving time and effort when going to the circus show. The hotel offers multi-day packages and park tickets, and guests enjoy exclusive early entry privileges. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety of dishes to suit all preferences. The quality of the ingredients is trustworthy and reassuring, and hot dishes are consistently kept at an ideal temperature. The dining environment is comfortable and relaxed, with no feeling of constraint. All expenses are transparent, with no hidden costs. The hotel's location is truly outstanding, making it time and effort-saving to travel between the various parks. Overall, its performance is excellent, and I highly recommend it for resort travelers. The entire stay experience was brilliant, and the hotel's package deals are definitely worth purchasing, offering unlimited park access. The parking benefits are very thoughtful, allowing guests to park for free even on the day of check-out, which saved us a lot on travel expenses. The hotel is a moderate distance from the subway, and taxis are readily available. The surrounding commercial facilities are well-developed, with convenience stores everywhere and a wide variety of external restaurants. You can easily order takeout by scanning a QR code, and delivery is very efficient. The hotel's internal restaurant has an elegant ambiance, and the breakfast offers a rich and varied selection daily. The ingredients are fresh, and the taste is authentic. The bedding in the guest rooms is soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing night's sleep. The bathroom's wet and dry separation is well-done, with all anti-slip and protective measures in place. Toiletries are fully stocked, and children's amenities are thoughtfully provided. The in-room storage design is clever, and the desk was impeccably clean. The air conditioning provides cooling without being overly chilly, the whole-house network runs stably, and the curtains offer excellent blackout capabilities. Special thanks to our service ambassador, Liang Yingxin, who shared practical touring guides daily and provided timely weather updates. She made our stay even more enjoyable.

The Panda Hotel provided an amazing family vacation experience! The panda theme created a fantastic atmosphere, and the room was thoughtfully equipped with children's amenities. The park shuttle bus was very convenient, saving us the hassle of taking a taxi. The kids had a blast, and the adults were relaxed – a truly pleasant Chimelong trip! 👍

The hotel environment is excellent, and the service is superb. There's a shuttle bus every day that takes you directly to the relevant park. The hotel is filled with panda elements, so if you're bringing kids to Chimelong, I highly recommend staying here for the experience. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, perfect for children. Another plus is the gift shop on the first floor; if you don't want to carry a bunch of plush toys around the park, you can buy them here. The only downside is that the prices are a bit high during holidays. If the price is right, I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Panda Hotel for this Chimelong trip far exceeded our expectations. The moment we stepped into the lobby, the giant panda sculpture and teapot train instantly transported our little one into a fairytale world, eyes wide with wonder every step of the way. The themed room we stayed in was clean and tidy, with soft bedding. It was equipped with children's slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, a step stool, and a child's toilet seat. All corners were baby-proofed, showing incredible attention to detail for families. The room was quiet, and coming back to rest after a day of fun was very refreshing. The hotel offers free shuttle buses to and from all the major parks, saving us the hassle of taking taxis back and forth, which is especially convenient when traveling with kids. The buffet dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, and there were even small animals to observe. We also stumbled upon cartoon character parades, and our child was so delighted they didn't want to leave. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. For families visiting Chimelong, the Panda Hotel is truly an excellent choice for a family vacation. We will definitely come back again.

The room was great and the service was very attentive. We had unlimited access to the park on the day, which was super convenient for exploring, and the free parking was a real bonus. It would have been even better if check-in was available around noon.

I stayed for two nights, and my review for the first night was positive, largely due to the hotel's overall facilities and the butler service. However, this time, I absolutely have to give a negative review! This negative review is specifically for one of the security guards at the entrance. We took a taxi back to the hotel at night to pick up our luggage, and the security guard directing traffic at the entrance immediately spoke to us in a harsh and arrogant manner. He even ran towards us, almost like a ****, getting right in my face as if he wanted to fight. Three or four other security guards couldn't even hold him back, and even with the butler standing next to me, he continued to yell at me. (I stand by my words and they can check the surveillance footage if they wish.) As a guest, I'm usually very understanding and lenient with service staff, but this time, I was actually yelled at by a security guard? What kind of service mindset is that? What kind of security guard are you? My child was also in the car, which made the whole experience incredibly upsetting. I've stayed in hotels hundreds of times, and this is the first time I've encountered such an arrogant and rude security guard. Reviews on Xiao Hong Shu often mention that Panda Hotel's service staff lack service awareness, and I've now experienced this extreme firsthand. This security guard is truly the bad apple that spoils the whole bunch! I hope your hotel provides proper training. I know this review probably won't change much for you, but I hope you take it as a warning!
