High quality and wide variety of western and Chinese breakfast, convenient location, close to subway stations, great customer service. I stayed 6 nights and booked additional 4 night’s stay. Hotel Offers free self laundry service and free luggage storage so I don’t need to drag my big check-in luggage around when visiting other cities by trains. The room is clean and very quiet. Overall great stay. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not very good. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the washroom was not in good condition. The mattress and pillows also felt quite old, as if they had not been replaced for many years. However, the main issue during my stay was actually outside the hotel. There was a damaged sewerage/drain cover right outside the hotel. Whenever a car passed over it, it made a very loud noise, which was quite disturbing, especially at night. I also recorded a video of the damaged cover and the noise after checking out, as evidence of the issue. Overall, I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness, room condition, and the problem outside the hotel for future guests.

We arrived on Saturday early am to Beijing and reached the hotel at 0700s. The receptionist saw that we were jet lag and offered breakfast for 4 of us! It was a pleasant surprise as we were quite hungry due to the overnight flight. The breakfast spread was good and the room was cleaned everyday. We ordered some taobao to be delivered to the hotel and the receptionist also kindly collected for us and signed off. I accidentally left my iPad at airport and one of the receptionist kindly help me to call lost and found. It was overall very pleasant stay! We stayed for 6days 5 night in this strategically located hotel. Always a fan of IHG hotel in China. Walking distance to TaiKu Li shopping area. The hotel has laundry and it was very helpful for our one week stay! Will come back to this hotel again if we ever visit Beijing!!!

The staff are friendly and attentive, and some speak English, which is very nice. But the best part was the breakfast budget, with a variety of dishes, both Chinese and international. The room was also very clean, spacious, and quiet. I really loved this hotel! 😍

Small room but very convenient, clean rooms and very kind staffs.Will stay in this hotel agsin next time.
