Guests staying at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort’s hotels are invited to join fun activities throughout the day at the recreation facilities of the hotels. “Take 5” in the piano-shaped pool or stroll through a lush garden courtyard. The hotel's service was really good. Initially, our taxi driver dropped us off at Explorer's Lodge by mistake. Explorer's Lodge then arranged a private car to take us to Hollywood Hotel, which we really appreciated! My friend's child had a fever at night, and the hotel provided an ear thermometer to borrow and had children's fever medicine for sale. The service was quite impressive. We booked the Mickey Mouse themed room, and it was full of Mickey elements. As someone who loves Mickey Mouse, I was absolutely thrilled! My only regret is the sea view – it's a bit… off. Because the building is U-shaped, our room mainly looked out at the building opposite. Friendly reminder: The room comes with two adult-sized and one child-sized slipper, and towels. However, toiletries are not provided. If you need them, you can purchase a set at the front desk for 40 HKD, which I believe includes two adult-sized and two child-sized items.
