Guests staying at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort’s hotels are invited to join fun activities throughout the day at the recreation facilities of the hotels. “Take 5” in the piano-shaped pool or stroll through a lush garden courtyard. Young guests can participate in Recreation Arts & Crafts and make their own handmade Disney crafts, families can meet some of their favorite Disney Friends and so much more.
Children 2 to 12 years of age are invited to enjoy Disney themed activities and games at Storybook Playroom and Nemo's Recreation Reef inside the nearby Hong Kong Disneyland Resort's hotels. Complimentary shuttle service is available between Disney’s Hollywood Hotel, Hong Kong Disneyland Park, Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and Disney Explorers Lodge. Departing every 10 to 20 minutes depending on the time of day, the shuttle can be picked up in front of the hotel, to the right of the main entrance. Between the hours of 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM, shuttle service can be arranged by contacting the Bell Des k in the main lobby.

Staying in the Marvel room at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel was such a fun and immersive experience — perfect for both kids and big fans of superheroes! The moment we walked in, we were greeted by superhero-themed décor everywhere: from the wall art showing the Avengers, to the little “now showing” movie-style marquee on the nightstand, to the themed pillows, the curtains that completely block out light, and even a water dispenser unlike many standard hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the room felt cozy yet full of playful details that made us smile.
The hotel overall felt like a mini Hollywood-movie set with vintage Art Deco touches + Marvel flair — it was charming, fun, and definitely different from a regular hotel stay. It was a great base after a full day at the park, and the easy shuttle access to and from the park made things really convenient.
Some things to note: the bathroom was a bit compact (so if you’re traveling with 4 people it might feel tight), and there isn’t a big dresser under the TV — so unpacking feels a bit basic. But honestly, the themed atmosphere, comfort, and overall vibe totally made up for it. We’d happily stay again — especially if we visit Hong Kong Disneyland with kids or fellow Marvel fans!

Excellent Services with very nice people working there.
Helped my girl to finish a quick aid on her wound while fell down. Fun to have some games to do and late check out was kindly arranged.

toiletries was not provided for free but able to purchase a pouch at HKD40 for 2 adults & 2 kids… need to take a shuttle bus from hotel to Disneyland but bus relative quite fast! mech store was limited but good enough for a quick shopping!

Great experience to stay at one of Disneyland's hotel! The location was easily access via park shuttle bus from the MTR station. Early check in and drop the luggage as soon as you arrived and got the keycard but cannot get into the room until check. in time in the afternoon. The restaurant is quite expensive but there are grab-and-go meal as the other choice. No amenities kit to bring back except hotel slippers. no toothbrush and shower cap for free but you can buy the amenity kit set at front desk. The room was very cute and clean and standard size with free coffee and tea, free public ice-dispenser.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, less than 5 minutes from the park using the free shuttle offered by the hotel. The character breakfast was such a magical experience, and the hotel is also within walking distance of the other Disney hotels, which made everything super convenient. It truly felt like a full Disney immersion from start to finish. An incredible experience that I highly recommend!
