Facilities: All good, the room was comfortable and spacious, which was nice. Cleanliness: Generally very clean, though I'm not sure if it's due to Shenzhen's humidity, but the duvet felt a bit damp. There were some dust traps; the TV and other items on the cabinet had a lot of dust. A tiny bit of trash wasn't cleaned up, which the cleaning staff probably didn't notice. Environment: The view was excellent, and it was very comfortable, but the front desk area felt a bit messy. Service: Very attentive, with an excellent service attitude. Also, even though breakfast was included with the room this time, it offered no value for money and felt a bit perfunctory. The view, however, was still lovely.

The sea view was great, the room was very clean, and they even provided complimentary coffee.

The room was clean with a great view, and most importantly, it was quiet. A special thanks to the front desk staff for helping me choose a quiet room, which allowed me to get some much-needed rest during my business trip.

I booked the Executive City View King Room, which boasted 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning city night views. The room was spacious, the view unbeatable, the king-sized bed very comfortable, and the shower head provided great water pressure. The only downside was that our room wasn't ready until 5:30 PM on our check-in day. Apart from the front desk clerk apologizing, no manager or anyone in charge came out to explain or offer any reassurance. This level of service is completely inconsistent with a hotel of this caliber. However, on our second day, when we extended our stay, the service provided by Xiaotong and Shirley was exceptional – professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making up for the previous day's shortcomings. I hope the hotel can improve its service quality to match the overall excellent standard of the hotel. Keep up the good work! 💪

The room wasn't huge, but it had everything I needed and offered a great sea view. The bed was really comfortable, so I slept very well. The evening staff and front desk were excellent. It was super convenient having a robot deliver food when ordering takeout. The laundry room was quick for both washing and drying. The breakfast on the 44th floor had a fantastic wide-open view, and while there wasn't much I personally loved, it still had a decent selection. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.

The hygiene was excellent, very clean. The front desk staff, Liu Jie Luna, was very friendly and willing to accommodate my request for a higher floor, and even arranged a late checkout for me. From the hotel, I could see the beautiful Shenzhen Bay. Having stayed here many times, I've noticed an improvement in the hotel's breakfast. This morning, they even had Eight Treasure Porridge, which was very healthy and nutritious. I hope the hotel continues to make efforts.
