The 13 Palace

The room decoration is luxurious and magnificent, definitely giving off a European palace vibe. The check-in experience was great, and the butler provided a detailed introduction. The breakfast had a rich variety, combining both Chinese and Western options.

The hotel is currently in its soft opening phase, so there aren't many dining options, only two restaurants. If you want to go anywhere else, you'll need a taxi as it's too far to walk. The gym isn't open yet either. Soundproofing isn't great, and some rooms have karaoke machines, which can be disruptive to neighboring rooms. The biggest selling point of the hotel is the size of the rooms and the luxurious, over-the-top decor.

Checked in at 6 PM, but was told the room wasn't ready yet. Then, it started raining, so I called to ask if the pool was open. The front desk said yes, but when I got there, it was closed. The facilities aren't fully equipped, and the staff seemed very new.

This hotel offers excellent privacy, perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet. Every corner of the hotel is incredibly photogenic, and I mean *every* corner! From the moment you enter the parking lot to the lobby, it's all Instagram-worthy. The fresh flowers in the lobby seem to be changed daily, creating a beautiful ambiance that's great for photography enthusiasts. The room itself is spacious with luxurious decor, and the 2-meter king-size bed is incredibly comfortable. During its soft opening, the price was fantastic, offering great value for money. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the service is warm and attentive. The hotel pool, though not large, is beautifully designed and exclusively for guests, so it's never crowded. After a swim, you can relax in the adjacent hot spring pool, which is very pleasant. Transportation is convenient. While there isn't a direct shuttle service to major city centers yet, I'm confident they'll offer more reasonable and efficient shuttle services in the future. For now, you can easily use Gaode Maps to hail a taxi, pay online, and it converts directly from RMB at the daily exchange rate, which is very convenient. The hotel is very close to the Seac Pai Van Light Rail Station, about a 5-minute walk. From there, you can take a couple of stops to the Concordia Hospital Station and transfer to reach places like Wynn Palace, Parisian, Londoner, and Venetian very quickly. The fare is about 6 MOP per person, and the staff at the ticket counter were very helpful and detailed in explaining how to get around and make transfers, which was great. Finally, right next to the hotel building, there's a supermarket and a BBQ-style restaurant.

I wanted to celebrate my birthday abroad, so I chose the Grand Lisboa Palace, and it was truly wonderful. The overall emotional value was incredibly high. The room decor was very thoughtful, and I really appreciate Qiu Ping's attentiveness and care. Especially the female staff on the first floor who always greeted me with a big smile. This time, due to the typhoon, I extended my stay for another night! 👍🏻 It was really clean and tidy. Although the hotel isn't located in the city center, which makes getting around a bit inconvenient, it's very quiet at night, allowing for proper relaxation at the hotel. I hope to try their restaurant next time. This was my first time in Macau, and staying at such a satisfying hotel truly made for a great memory. 💓💓

Extremely satisfied! From the hotel butler to the front desk staff, everyone was incredibly attentive and always had a smile on their faces. Honestly, for this price, it's a steal; I'd even be willing to pay a bit more.

The taxi pulled directly into the luxurious lobby of '13 Palace' on level B1. As soon as I got out, a staff member helped with my luggage. All the staff at '13 Palace' were incredibly warm and provided attentive service. The butler's check-in introduction was clear and polite, making me feel right at home. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and functions. Of course, as a five-star hotel, what impressed me most was their thoughtful service. Given the hot weather, they even brought complimentary sugarcane juice, which was a lovely touch. The stay included two buffet breakfasts, offering a wide and varied selection. That evening, we dined at the Crystal Hall, where the dishes were excellent, delicious, and offered great value for money – highly recommended. Here are some suggestions for improvement: In the shower, it would be helpful to have clearer instructions for the hot water tap. Turning right immediately activates the overhead shower, while turning left is for the handheld shower. On the day, the handheld shower was faulty (it turned out to be an aged rubber head). After notifying the butler, a staff member fixed it within 10 minutes – very efficient! Also, the red decorative pillows on the bed in the master suite had some worn red velvet covers. I hope these can be replaced. Overall, I was still very satisfied and look forward to staying again.

First off, it was a real privilege to stay here during their soft opening. Secondly, the room was beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped with great amenities. But as expected from a five-star hotel, the service was definitely the most satisfying part! It was raining when we checked out, and the hotel concierge thoughtfully arranged a car to take us to the airport. My daughter said she wants to stay here again next time we visit Macau!
