The hotel is right on Wangfujing Street, making it convenient to get anywhere. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Vincent, whose service was exceptional. The double breakfast and executive lounge benefits, including the 'Evening A Time' self-service drinks and the evening hot food buffet, are incredibly good value for money for guests. If I visit again, I'll definitely book this hotel. A special mention: this room type offers panoramic views of the Forbidden City, where you can sit by the window, enjoy the scenery, and sunbathe all afternoon.

My stay at the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel was an almost perfect experience, with every detail leaving a lasting impression. First, I'd like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Elaine Xia from the front desk. Her warm smile and professional, meticulous service made us feel a genuine sense of belonging right from check-in. What was even more impressive was her proactive care throughout our subsequent stay. She checked in with us daily, quickly and efficiently responding to and handling all our needs, truly embodying the meaning of 'a home away from home.' The hotel's Executive Lounge was a major highlight of our stay. Located on the 17th floor, it operates from 6:30 AM until 9:30 PM, with extended hours that perfectly accommodate various schedules. Whether it was starting the day with a hearty breakfast, enjoying a pleasant afternoon tea, having a light meal in place of dinner, or unwinding with a drink in the evening, the lounge consistently offered high-quality food and a comfortable environment, significantly enhancing the convenience and sense of luxury of our stay. Most unforgettable was the hotel's exceptional location and views. From the floor-to-ceiling windows of the Executive Lounge or our own guest room, national landmarks such as the Forbidden City, the Great Hall of the People, and the National Museum were all clearly visible, like a flowing historical scroll unfolding outside our window. The serene solemnity of the morning and the dazzling brilliance of the night gave this trip an extraordinary sense of awe and memory. This was my first time staying eight consecutive nights at one hotel. In summary, the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel perfectly exemplifies the standards of a five-star hotel with its top-notch facilities, unparalleled location, and the excellent service provided by staff members like Elaine Xia. The rooms are standard Marriott, very close to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. We booked a room with views of both the Forbidden City and Tiananmen, and the night view was spectacular. The executive room, including exclusive access, was also a great value for money. The hotel is a bit older, so the furniture doesn't look brand new, but it's clean and comfortable, making it very suitable for families with children.

The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. From the window, I could see the Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, and the White Dagoba of Beihai Park. I liked the layout of the bathroom, which was convenient to use. The executive lounge offered great views from its windows, and the light meals and drinks were of good quality. The ZAN restaurant provided excellent service and food for breakfast. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and room service was prompt. Occasionally, smoke drifted into the bathroom from other areas, but fortunately, after signing an agreement, we could open the window for ventilation. With the bathroom door closed, the impact on the bedroom was tolerable.

The lady at the front desk was lovely; she even gave our child a free breakfast. With afternoon tea and dinner also provided, those with smaller appetites can easily sort out all their meals right at the hotel. The hotel environment is also fantastic. The Forbidden City after a snowfall is absolutely stunning~
