首先要特別感謝前台的夏麗娜Elaine小姐。她熱情洋溢的笑容和專業細緻的服務，從辦理入住起便給我們帶來了温暖的歸屬感。更難得的是，在後續幾天的入住中，她始終主動關懷，每日詢問我們的感受，並快速高效地響應和處理各類需求，讓我們真切感受到了“賓至如歸”四個字的含義。
酒店的行政酒廊是本次入住的一大亮點。位於17樓的酒廊從清晨6:30一直開放至夜間21:30，超長的運營時間完美適配了各種日程安排。無論是開啟一天的豐盛早餐、午後愜意的茶點時光、代替正餐的簡餐，還是入夜後小酌一杯，這裏都能提供高品質的食物與舒適的環境，極大地提升了入住便利性與尊貴感。

時隔八年再次入住金茂萬麗，本來擔心設施會老舊，沒想到維護挺好，還是很驚喜的。硬件設施除了沒有智能馬桶，其他都很好。前台接待人員貼心的安排了靠近行政酒廊的房間，早餐也挺豐富，遺憾的缺少了北京特色的早餐，整體值得推薦。

房間整潔是，設施齊全，床具舒適。隔窗可見故宮、景山、北海白塔。喜歡衞生間浴室的佈局，使用方便。行政酒廊窗外觀景不錯，簡餐飲料質量好。早餐燃餐廳提供了優質服務和餐食。前台接待快速，客房服務及時。衞生間時有其它地方飄來的煙氣，好在簽署協議後可以開窗通風，關上衞生間拉門，對卧室的影響尚可忍受。

下次來北京還住這家，旅程的後半段是我一個人，但住得很安心有被照顧好，訂的靜音房想好好休息，酒店給升級了有很好視野的房間，額外的毛巾和水都按要求擺好，加了微信提供管家式服務，點名表揚Cherry和Carl，早上五點問能不能延遲退房居然秒回我，訂的in room dinning早餐也熱氣騰騰送來房間，很喜歡酒店的聖誕氛圍，還有他們的游泳池非常標準的25米池子，旁邊一個38度的泡湯迅速驅走寒氣，已經推薦給北京當地的朋友，下次她們招待外地客人可以首選王府井萬麗，就在王府井商圈和中國美術館中間，去故宮騎個單車一刻鐘就能到，性價比無敵了
