Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel

1. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station within walking distance, and there are many dining options nearby. 2. The hotel front desk and restaurant staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service. 3. The room is a bit small, and the layout is not very practical, making it feel a little cramped. 4. The cleanliness needs improvement, as there was a lot of dust.

Our foreign guests absolutely loved it! The hotel's aromatherapy was very soothing, and the Front Office Manager, Linna Wu, specially arranged a room with the best view for us. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the coffee was really good.

I checked in at 5 PM, only to be told there were no rooms available and I'd have to wait an hour (they said a previous member guest had just checked out and the room wasn't ready). It was only after I expressed my displeasure that they finally gave us another room. Upon entering, the room had a strong musty smell. I thought it was just because the air conditioning wasn't on, so I dropped off my luggage and took my child out. We returned very late. At 11 PM, after getting into bed with my child, the dust from the bedding made us both cough constantly. Around past midnight, we had to go through the hassle of switching rooms again... I honestly wanted to change hotels that very night. In short, the hygiene and other aspects really need to be improved. The front desk service at check-out, however, was decent.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the National Art Museum of China – just a three to four-minute walk away. They currently have a special exhibition on the Renaissance. It's also super convenient to walk to the hotel from Xuanwu Gate of the Forbidden City, about a ten-minute stroll. From the executive lounge, you can even see the rooftops of the Forbidden City. Room service was incredibly prompt, and breakfast was great.

The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's just a few minutes' walk to the National Art Museum subway station (Line 8). Lao She's Former Residence and Wangfujing are both within a ten-minute walk. We even walked to the Forbidden City – it was quicker than taking a taxi or the subway! Even though it was hot, the breeze made it much more bearable than I expected. The staff were all very friendly, the cleanliness was good, and the facilities were decent, though the mattress was a bit too high. The pool isn't huge, but it's sufficient. Breakfast was just okay. My only real complaint was the mini wontons at breakfast. Other hotels cook them fresh, but here they seemed to be pre-cooked and then reheated, which made them a bit mushy. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd probably stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wangfujing, directly opposite the Beijing People's Art Theatre and Commercial Press, and next to the National Art Museum of China. The surrounding area is bustling with shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring and dining. The service was warm and attentive; the room they arranged for us was clean and tidy, and we could even see the Forbidden City from it. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. The hotel also has a swimming pool and spa, and the lobby is spacious and grand. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

This hotel is super conveniently located right next to Wangfujing Street, just a two-minute walk away. There are several subway lines nearby, making it a breeze to get to both Beijing South and North stations. From the executive floor, you can even see the Forbidden City! On a clear day, the view is incredibly sharp – it almost feels like you've visited it. The staff are all incredibly nice; they call before check-in and follow up after check-out, really prioritizing guest satisfaction. Big thumbs up!

The hotel boasts convenient transportation and excellent overall service, particularly from the front desk ladies, Selina and Rita. Their graceful and proper demeanor, coupled with their warm and attentive service, truly reflects the hotel's high standards. The rooms are clean, tidy, and quiet, and the breakfast offers a great variety. The doorman service is also commendable. We booked a room with a view, and it was truly amazing; upon drawing the curtains, we could see the Forbidden City, the Great Hall of the People, the Monument to the People's Heroes, and Beihai Park – all within sight. I highly recommend the Jinmao Hotel.

The service at Iris Coco was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the fragrant and comfortable ambiance of the lobby on the first floor. The bedding in the room was incredibly soft and comfortable. It was also super convenient to walk to the National Art Museum of China for an exhibition, only about a ten-minute walk away.
