Chimelong Hotel

The room is very spacious, clean, and tidy. It's located near the theme park, making transportation extremely convenient with free shuttle buses directly to the theme park, zoo, and bird park. Staying for two or three days allows you to thoroughly enjoy all the parks. The zoo is a lot of fun. Although it's close to the park, it's very quiet at night and you can't hear any noise.

Came to Chimelong for the National Day holiday. Our hotel package included park tickets and the International Circus, and we even got a complimentary room upgrade to Building 9 in the VIP Wing. Check-in was already available by 2:00 PM during the holiday peak, which was great. The bed was huge, and the room was even more spacious, with no musty smell at all. Although we only stayed for one night, the amenities were fully stocked, making it very comfortable for traveling with kids. The hotel's reserved seating for the circus offered a fantastic view, and we were also able to enter the safari park early to beat the crowds.

Its central location within the resort is unbeatable, offering incredibly convenient access to Chimelong Safari Park and the International Circus. The hotel's shuttle bus makes transfers effortless, saving you the hassle of long commutes and maximizing efficiency when traveling with kids. The hotel itself is massive, boasting a wonderful tropical garden atmosphere, and even has its own children's playground. This means kids can continue to burn off energy and play to their heart's content even after returning to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the service is attentive. Planning your Chimelong family trip here is stress-free and energy-saving, making it the ideal choice for an in-depth exploration of Chimelong. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

An excellent travel experience! The hotel grounds are expansive, with beautiful garden landscapes that offer a new photogenic view at every turn. The staff are attentive and always greet guests on the pathways, showing a great service mindset. The guest rooms are well-equipped with amenities, and the cleaning is meticulous, showing great attention to detail. The hotel's location is superb, very close to the theme park, which saved us a lot of travel time and significantly enhanced our overall experience. Highly recommended.

The hotel environment is great—you can see white tigers right in the lobby, and there are plenty of flamingos upstairs. However, the service attitude was mediocre. When I arrived and mentioned that I have a Chimelong Diamond Card, the staff member dismissed me rudely, saying, "Doesn't basically everyone have one?" Besides, the discount with the Diamond Card applies to very few items. They also charge an extra fee for the indoor pool. In the room, power outlets are quite limited: there are none by the bathroom sink, and only one side of the bed has a socket. Other than that, everything else was fine. It was pretty clean and tidy, and you can see animals from the balcony. It’s just that the hospitality and customer service could definitely be improved.

Our stay at Guangzhou Chimelong Hotel was excellent overall, and I'd especially like to thank Shirley Li from the front desk for her attentive service throughout. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a unique animal-themed decor and complete amenities, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. As it was our first time visiting Chimelong, she thoughtfully arranged shuttle bus transfers to and from the park, making our travel very convenient. During our stay, one of our companions had to leave early, leaving us with extra breakfast vouchers. Thanks to Shirley Li's proactive coordination, she managed to transfer the remaining vouchers for use at other dining outlets, ensuring our expenses weren't wasted. Closer to check-out, she even took the initiative to arrange for a bellhop to help us with our luggage in the room and carry it to our car. Her service was meticulous, thorough, reliable, and hassle-free. The hotel's location is superb, making it very easy to get to and from the park. The evening circus show was also spectacular and highly recommended.

The biggest perk of staying at Chimelong Hotel is how close it is to the three theme parks and the International Circus—you can easily go wherever you want! It's so much fun, there's just way too much to do in one trip! We dined at two of the hotel's restaurants and also tried room service, which was super convenient. There are so many character interactions, dance performances, and mini-games at the hotel. I feel like it takes a whole week to truly experience everything! We'll definitely be back!

Happy Valley was great, with thrilling rides. Chimelong International Circus: a 90-minute show that was high-energy throughout, with strong audience interaction and stunning lighting and stage effects. Both adults and children were completely engrossed. The zoo had clear directional signs, and plenty of restrooms and supply stations. The hotel environment was beautiful, with a strong garden feel. The Chinese restaurant offered a rich selection of à la carte dishes. You definitely have to try the hotel's buffet, highly recommended!
