Chimelong Hotel

Received a complimentary upgrade to an Executive King Room. It was an absolutely massive room, truly a luxury one-bedroom apartment with a living area, bedroom, walk-in closet, large bathtub, three balconies, and two bathrooms.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! With temperatures at 35°C, we spent the cooler mornings at the zoo and bird park, then escaped the afternoon heat at the water park. Once it cooled down in the evening, we enjoyed the circus and amusement park. A shuttle bus connected all the attractions, making it a stress-free trip for adults and a joyful one for the kids. 100% satisfied!

I brought my kids to Guangzhou for the summer holidays and specifically booked a 3-day, 2-night package. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews online, but the hotel was actually great! We were given Block 6, and the room was very clean with a balcony perfect for quickly drying swimsuits. The hotel is quite large, but there are good signs everywhere to guide you. We mainly chose Chimelong Hotel because we wanted to visit Chimelong Paradise, Water Park, and the International Circus, and everything was within easy walking distance, especially the Water Park. The breakfast spread was also extensive. My kids didn't want to leave after three days and two nights; we'll definitely be back during a future school break! Getting a taxi to go out for meals was also very quick.

Choosing Chimelong Hotel for our family trip was absolutely the right decision! 💯 The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth and comfortable, and I have to give them a big shout-out. 👏 Plus, we got a free room upgrade, which made the experience even better! 👍 The hotel's location is super convenient, right within the Chimelong Tourist Resort. It's close to all the parks, saving us a lot of travel time, which meant we could enjoy more attractions every day – so efficient! The shuttle bus service to and from the parks was also a great convenience. 👍 The dining experience exceeded our expectations too! The offerings at the White Tiger Buffet Restaurant were rich and fresh, ranging from cold seafood platters to hot dishes, BBQ, and a wide variety of desserts and fruits. We even got to watch flamingos while we ate, which both adults and kids loved. The local dishes at Xiangjiang Flavor Town were also outstanding, with fresh ingredients and unique flavors. It was a perfect change of pace from the buffet, and every dish was delicious and satisfying. Overall, the experience was truly exceptional, offering great value for money. The service was excellent, we had a comfortable stay, and delicious food. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Chimelong! 🥳

Our three-day, two-night stay at Chimelong Hotel far exceeded our expectations. The five-star service truly lives up to its reputation! Check-in was efficient and smooth. The front desk staff patiently explained the exclusive guest benefits and park shuttle schedule, answering all our questions. The room was clean and quiet, with excellent hygiene, and even included children's toiletries – a very thoughtful detail. The hotel's location is superb, right in the center of the resort area. The free shuttle buses to and from all the parks are frequent, so we could easily return to the hotel to rest whenever we got tired. The biggest bonus was the early entry privilege for the zoo, which allowed us to avoid the peak tour group crowds and significantly enhanced our experience. The White Tiger Buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and we loved watching the white tigers roam from our window seats – my child especially enjoyed it. Concierge and housekeeping staff throughout the hotel proactively greeted us and were quick to respond to any issues. We seamlessly enjoyed the zoo, water park, and Grand Circus all in one trip, making travel with our 10-year-old effortless and stress-free. This is definitely our top choice for a family-friendly hotel, offering great value for money and worth returning to!

After checking in, I felt the room was well-maintained overall. The bedding was clean and odor-free, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was convenient to use. The air conditioning cooled quickly with minimal noise. I stayed for two nights and didn't encounter any facility issues, making for a pleasant experience.

Chimelong Paradise truly lives up to its reputation as the top choice for families with kids. The variety of animal exhibits, bird shows, thrilling rides, and the water park offer endless fun across different theme parks. We booked the Chimelong Hotel, which is conveniently located in the center of the park, making it quick and easy to get to all the different attractions. Upon check-in, we received a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast for the kids, which really enhanced our experience. The room itself was spacious and quiet, with excellent facilities and spotless cleanliness. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our trip and will definitely be back!

The room facilities are a bit old, which is understandable given the age of the building. We stayed on the 6th floor of Building 6; there were no strange odors, and the overall experience was good. The kids had a great time.
