We were extremely lucky to be upgraded to a two-bedroom ocean view villa and enjoyed all the exclusive villa benefits, even getting the best VIP table right in the center at Rock Bar. Breakfast at Dava restaurant was amazing—huge variety and top-notch quality. The hydrotherapy at Ocean Spa was so relaxing; with several outdoor pools, enjoying the massage while watching the sunset was absolute bliss~~ The resort is huge and gets quite busy, but what’s truly commendable is that every single staff member greeted us with a warm smile and was endlessly patient and polite. Also, there's a dedicated attendant for every restroom, keeping them spotless at all times. The housekeeping staff even folded a giant doll out of towels, which was such a fun touch. Thank you, Ayana, we will definitely be back next time~~~

Ayana resort is amazing. All the pools, facilities and staff are super nice. The ocean view pool is fab. Good place for stay over at least 2 nights. But the resort looks pretty old. The first day we checked in around 7pm, so we cannot see the view. But the first room has mould smell. So we asked change room. In the second day we found it’s a “golf” view rather than bay view. So we asked for change room again, and we asked for breakfast rather than give us only a pool access. They refused for the first time which is quite disappointing at beginning. If you go to rock bar, book the seats early and do not order the food as they’re not worth what you pay. Also the round area is for villa customers only, tried to book but when we go there they tells us we cannot book it.
