GLEETOUR HOTEL SHENZHEN OCT-LOFT

This boutique hotel is quite refined, with a modern and artistic decor that is both exquisite and beautiful. The facilities are all good, and the location in Overseas Chinese Town is very convenient. There are cafes and restaurants downstairs, and it's not noisy even on weekday evenings. The front desk service was also prompt; Xiao Ya and Xiao Qiu helped me extend my check-out time, which was great. The room was fine, the only downside being that the window was a bit small, so there was slightly less natural light.

I've stayed here before for business, but this time I was traveling on my own and discovered the professional-grade gym on the second floor. All the equipment is new and well-maintained. The hotel is also right next to OCT Loft, which is great for a stroll both day and night. The room facilities are also good, especially the bedding and towels, which were perfectly clean.

The room was nice, but there was no internet, which was surprising. I had to use my phone's hotspot all night. The next day, there was no explanation offered. Also, the breakfast selection wasn't very extensive.

The front desk staff, Xiao Peng and Xiao Hao, provided excellent service. There are also many great restaurants nearby.

Li and Qiu at the front desk provided excellent service, and they even upgraded my room for free, which was a very thoughtful touch.

It was okay, but not really worth the price. The room was a bit small, but the breakfast was good and there were places to walk around nearby.
