Okada Manila

My stay at Okada Manila was largely wonderful. The room was absolutely breathtaking spacious, serene, with floor-to-ceiling windows and incredibly comfortable bedding. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat, even with the ****** buzz downstairs. The sauna was another highlight: roomy enough for a relaxing, cozy soak, which was a treat after long days out. The all-you-can-eat buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, tasty dishes that left me more than satisfied. However, there was one small letdown: the in-room snacks. For the price I paid for the stay, I was surprised to find that even basic snacks came with an extra charge. Given the hotel's luxury positioning, I would have expected at least a few complimentary items (like light bites) to be included. It didn't ruin the trip, but it felt a bit nickel-and-diming for a property of this caliber. Overall, Okada Manila delivers on luxury, comfort, and dining, just be prepared to pay extra for those mini-bar munchies. I'd still recommend it, but with that heads-up. Would return for the room and buffet, but I'll pack my own snacks next time!

The hotel I stayed near all locations, facilities was so amazing talking about the food so many to choose from. I like the fountain displays at night colours. No need to go out at night I side for me is enough.

Very good in service, specially kay kuya alvin nag deliver ng breakfast namin. And kay kuya sa pool na nag assist sa amin, i forgot his name. very accommodating siya

Excellent service! Courteous staff. Nice hotel and location is very convenient

The non smoking room I booked was unavailable at time of check in, so the front desk did a complimentary upgrade for me to the suite room! It’s huge, and complete with jacuzzi, bar table, dinning and even a massaging room! Enjoy the ****** too!

I stayed at Okada Manila from February 21 to 24, 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities of the hotel were impressive. During my stay, my travel companion lost an Apple AirPods Max shortly before check‑out and we thought it was impossible to get it back. The security team, especially Supervisor Arnold, worked very hard to help us and finally returned the headphones to us safely, which made us feel very grateful and impressed by their professionalism. Overall, I felt safe and well taken care of in this hotel, and I would be happy to stay at Okada Manila again and recommend it to other travelers.

I really love it 😀 especially the foods and cleanest I recommend Okada Hotel to my friends

During my stay, I booked a suite room; however, I was disappointed to find a bad odor upon check-in. Front desk staff were slow to respond to my concerns. This is a large property with great potential, but it requires better management and prompt maintenance to ensure a good guest experience.
