The room was spacious and the overall feel was very comfortable. The hotel staff were also excellent, and the breakfast was really good.

The hotel's location is convenient, and the decor is very stylish. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained. What truly deserves praise is our butler, Alex; his service was meticulous and thoughtful, and he proactively addressed our needs during our stay, making the experience excellent! The front desk staff were also incredibly warm and friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient, making the entire process very pleasant. Five-star recommendation, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Macau!

The hotel is beautifully designed throughout, and the staff's service is incredibly thoughtful. When they found out we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they immediately upgraded our room and provided VIP turndown service. It truly made our anniversary an unforgettable and joyful occasion.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is superb. It's also very quiet. The doorman was courteous, and Nora at the front desk made me feel right at home. Elgar escorted me to the front desk, and every staff member I encountered was wonderful. I look forward to staying at The Parisian Macao again on my next visit!

The location is a bit of a downside, as it's far from the popular hotel areas, and we often needed to take a taxi to get around. However, precisely because it's away from the bustling areas, there were fewer other tourists at the hotel, which meant less crowding and noise. We could truly relax and enjoy a holiday feel ^_^ The hotel itself is very upscale, grand, and luxurious. The rooms are new and very clean, and the service is incredibly attentive and meticulous. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely worth waking up early for every day. In fact, the breakfast was so good and filling that we couldn't even try other restaurants for lunch. I definitely hope to have the chance to stay here again in the future. It was a wonderful trip.

After checking in at the front desk, a dedicated staff member escorted us to the room and gave a tour, which was very thoughtful and commendable. The hotel also has indoor and outdoor pools, and many dining options. We truly enjoyed a relaxing two-day holiday within the hotel. They provide shuttle services to various border crossings and direct buses to Hong Kong, which is incredibly convenient.

Extremely satisfied with my stay at the Lafayette Hotel. Butler Wu Jiajun provided excellent service, taking wonderful care of us two seniors. He followed up throughout our four-day, three-night stay, offering meticulous attention. Truly commendable!
