This hotel, nestled within the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort, is absolutely luxurious! It truly embodies the 'Lagerfeld' design aesthetic. The hotel's facilities and equipment are new and smart. The staff are warm, attentive, and always greet you with a smile 😊, providing detailed information about the hotel and its surroundings. The entire hotel and its environment exude luxury, nobility, and elegance. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and opulent. The hotel gardens are captivating, both day and night. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, with a diverse selection, and the service is excellent. It was a truly enjoyable trip, and I'm grateful for the warm service from every staff member. Thank you! 🧡🌹

Connected to Grand Lisboa Palace, but with a distinctly more stylish vibe. The breakfast was excellent, a significant improvement over Grand Lisboa Palace's buffet. Perhaps it's because Karl Lagerfeld designed the hotel, but it felt a bit *too* fashionable, leading to some rather perplexing design choices – for example, the coffee machine was tucked away inside the TV cabinet.

An incredibly luxurious five-star hotel. I've always been a fan of Karl Lagerfeld's designs, so I was absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to stay at The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel today! The value for money here is excellent. Breakfast is served à la carte on the first floor, and it wasn't crowded at all.

To sum it up: This hotel is amazing, and I'll only stay here when I visit Macau again. Honestly, I had stayed at the Andaz the day before and moved here, so the contrast was stark. The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel far surpasses others in every aspect, whether it's the room design, the quality of towels and bathrobes, the bedding and carpets, or the quality and taste of the breakfast. Even the staff's service capabilities, enthusiasm, and professional problem-solving skills are top-notch. I had actually lost faith in Macau; besides shopping and casinos, nothing else really appealed to me, especially after being disappointed by a few hotels. However, my experience at The Karl Lagerfeld and the authentic Picasso exhibition upstairs has made me want to visit Macau again. It's truly wonderful. Since leaving, I've already talked about The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel with my partner two or three times. It's genuinely a great place to stay, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. The experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for couples. Even a small design detail in the room can spark a long conversation, definitely a relationship booster!
