Grand Lisboa Palace, take notes! This is what a real hotel should be—people-oriented with fantastic service. They respond promptly and actually pay attention to your emails.

This was my first time booking a stay at the Lafayette Hotel, and I'm so grateful to Kitty at the front desk for patiently explaining everything about the room. I was very satisfied with all aspects, from the art gallery and restaurant on the third floor to the supper service in the guest rooms. Next time, I'll definitely choose a garden view room.

A big shout-out to the hotel's breakfast service! Whether dining in or having it delivered to the room, the food quality is consistently excellent and delicious. The shopping mall and the third-floor garden are definitely worth exploring, and they're much less crowded than other places, making it a great spot for a vacation.

Service: Check-in was smooth, and the service was excellent. There was even a dedicated person to introduce us to the room. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the cleaning was meticulous. Even the charging cables were neatly coiled. Facilities: The overall decor was very thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was also delicious.

More luxurious and elegant than expected, with incredibly thoughtful service and arrangements. Truly excellent value for money! Private and distinguished. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was beautiful. Thank you for the complimentary macarons, they were tasty!

The front desk staff, especially Edison, and all the employees on duty were incredibly warm, professional, and polite. Their service was very thoughtful. We were staying to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel arranged a suite upgrade for me, which was a huge surprise. They even prepared a birthday cake, making it a truly unforgettable day. The suite was quiet and spacious, with comfortable and clean bedding. The smart devices were advanced and easy to use. Both the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the room design, were luxurious. It offered great value for money, and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully quiet night's sleep. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was of good overall quality. They even gave us a thoughtful little gift when we checked out, which really showed their attention to detail.
